^ I am sure a whole number of altcoins because if that is bitcoin, that a huge of amount thou.
As I noticed most usually gambling sites now that accept crypto are do let to bet whole numbers so no doubt the list given above all has.
Nevertheless, putting a huge amount to bet is also a high chance of a big profit in return. But if in my case, that is so scared to bet a whole number of any crypto.

Ah oke i was thinking about the numbers drawn that has to be whole for the op for some reason. Maybe he/she thinks it would benefit in some sort of way. Cant think of any do. Maybe the op is a higher roller and got some to shoot ; )

luckygames.io lets you roll whole numbers from 1 to 99. They offer gambling with like 100 altcoins, so I would say it's worth checking them out.

Luckygames was earlier proved scam.
And therefore they are also banned from this forum.

I can suggest a few Gambling sites as per the OP's demand,  that do rolls in whole number.
You can check out windice.io. They really have a decent user interface.
They are safe,  secure and trustable.

freebitco.in whole numbers from 00000 to 10000, few  other sites i can see have 00 to 99 range, but it is too limit to allow big odds. The rest implement the same thing 0.00 to 99.99 or 0.0000 to 99.9999 or more decimal digits.

Freebitco.in did have whole number from 00000 to 10000 and also you can bet sports too. I also bet in Game of thrones movie about who will be the next king or queen of seven kingdoms. Anyway, there are other sites that rolls whole number in their dice game. Just check it out.

Generally dice can produce the most common random numbers. In this case it is quite important in playing, Ludo and Monopoly to craps, initially what I know is the backgammon game using the dice method.

At least I used to play with dice games: freeonlinedice, now I don't focus anymore.

But for you at least you can search here: www.online-stopwatch.com

I don't know why would anyone prefer rollin.io type of sites to the certainly more progressive  ones
Maybe he thinks that rolling whole numbers would give him a slightly better chance at winning since there's only 100 numbers to roll. Or he really just want to play that limted style of dice since rollin have been gone for some time.

Another dice site that only uses whole numbers is trust dice (ann thread).
This could be the case. The fact is that the house edge always prevails at the end in the long run no matter what number rolls(whole or not) which is why I don't really see why anyone would prefer one over the other.

Instead, I would choose the site where dice rolls are smooth and non-laggy and provably fair overall. Don't really care what number rolls as long as I win at the end of the day.

I thought OP was joking but was surprise this kind of dice really exist.

If I can also ask one question here, what's the difference between the 2? like their advantage and disadvantage. ?
I would appreciate if you find my post relevant to the topic.

there is absolutely no difference between rolling 1, 2, 3,... and rolling 0.1, 0.2, 0.3,... as long as the number of possibilities are the same and the house edge is the same and the calculations are the same (no bug like rounding,...). it is like rolling two actual dices one with dots on it (1 dot=1, 2dots=2,...) or write actual numbers on it (1, 2, 3....6) the result is the same.

i also think what veleten said above is false. the multiplier (like 100x) depends on how much the dice  site is flexible on letting its users have a chance of winning big. otherwise you can give the same multipliers on any value range. for example in freebitco.in you can roll whole numbers (from 0 to10000) and the multiplier goes as high as 4750

the difference is that the dice with whole numbers only allows you up to 100x multipliers
all the other dice sites allow up to 1.000.000x ( bitvest , for example ) and the standard is 9900x or a roll with 4 digits
usually it is 0 to 99.99 or variations of it ( 0 to 9999 like at windice etc. )
I don't know why would anyone prefer rollin.io type of sites to the certainly more progressive  ones
but I cannot name one on the spot , maybe luckygames , if only they had no issues with reputation and provably fair

Frankly speaking I don't even understand what are you trying to say as for me your post is not related to the main idea of this topic. I think you have different understanding with other people.
Since OP is talking about rollin.io, which was a dice site that the rolled numbers are 0-99 with no decimal like other dice sites in general so I think whole number here is related to that 0-99 numbers without decimal.
AFAIK he only site offers the same rolled numbers as rollin is luckygames as mentioned by Josepht. Most other dice sites uses decimal numbers 00.00-99.99 or even more decimals like Yolodice.

Why would someone want to bet "whole numbers"? I'm confused on what the benefit / value of being able to bet whole numbers is. I always thought high/low landed on whole numbers or at least rounded?

I am sure he must have been sticked to rollin while it was there but now it is gone he is looking for something that fits like in rollin style.

Yolodice is another one which rolls whole no.s

You have misunderstood what OP is asking. He is looking out for dice games which rolls whole no.s not sites which lets you bet in whole no.s.

฿itcoin for all, All for ฿itcoin.
I used to remember rollin.io as being one of the sites that rolls whole numbers, now thats gone,
now there are too many sites to check... list some sites if you know, thanks.

There are many. Duckdice, ethexbet, even rocket run added a dice game to their site. Go check them out. And if I am not mistaken even Bitsler does that.
Doesn't duckdice have like some negative reputation in the forum. They have scammed people before so i wouldn't advice members to use it
Look at their reputation:

There are too many of them a dice sites here that allow you to roll with the whole number and you can manually put the whole number in the bet box. Check Windice.io or the name under my signature they allow it to bet a whole number. But a whole number is too much big amount that's why there's a fraction on it or also known as satoshi with minimum of 10 sats. You can check these links if you are looking furthermore gambling casino that accepts Bitcoin. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/overview-of-active-casinodice-sites-accepting-btc-4832500 and https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/overview-of-all-bitcoin-casinos-latest-update-30-07-18-website-launched-2097255
