To find the right expert, consider starting with a legal directory or asking for recommendations from friends or colleagues who have had similar legal issues. Ensure you review the lawyer’s experience and expertise to match your needs.

Have you looked into any specific lawyers yet, or are you just starting your search?

I think by now this thread issue had been solved

When this happens you should report the post to the moderators as a necrobump rather than replying to it.

I think by now this thread issue had been solved so this has to be locked or move out the service section to off topic or archive. The topic as it is, it is irrelevant, the thread is just floating here. Mods should remove the thread from here.
Finding a good lawyer company to protect yourself these crazy days is hard. When I had problems with the martial court because they accused me of something I never did, it took me a long time to find a good lawyer company that was not afraid to take this case.
Even you find a solution to the OP, I don't think this thread is still relevant to the OP. So instead channel your discussion to a meaningful threads.

First, this is an old thread from early 2021, and OP is not active from April 15, 2021.

Which is why you should have reported that post as a necrobump rather than replying to it and reviving a resolved thread.

Have you found a lawyer to help with this issue? I am interested because I have a similar problem

I think you should search someone who is skilled enough about Digital Security Act,

You have similar problem with freebitco or another website?

Oh, this seems to be a bit hard to find such a lawyer who will be able to act against freebitco.in. But I am sure you will find a good one. This means you should know more lawyers and choose the best one that will not disappoint you. Finding a good lawyer is a very difficult process, and the services of a lawyer cost a lot. Recently I was dealing with the search for a lawyer. I received the Wells Notice via SMS saying I violated federal U.S. securities laws. I gasped and didn't understand what to do. I read on https://www.hg.org/legal-articles/4-tips-for-responding-to-an-sec-wells-notice-61958 about the steps I should take, and step number 1 is to hire a Securities Defense Lawyer. I talked to many lawyers and asked for many people's recommendations, and until the end, the luck was on my side, and I found a lawyer who helped me perfectly with the entire situation.

You haven't read what is written in this thread at all.
First, this is an old thread from early 2021, and OP is not active from April 15, 2021.
Secondly, everything indicates that it is just an alt account of scammer:

The OP got caught trying to steal over $1000 from us. This is just another newbie account on the forum pretending to be someone else.

Did you try to provide those official papers on your own?

User jeanvals is inactive since 2021-04-15, hence I wouldn't make too much of a hope to get answers from him.
Also if you have questions you better open your own thread instead of revive old ones (where you may also not be 100% on topic).

Did you try to provide those official papers on your own? If you really don't have enough of inner strength and you're not sure that you would be able to protect your rights in the court, I can recommend you one of the websites ( web link here: https://federal-lawyer.com/securities-litigation/ ), which should one of the most reliable law firms, based on those comments I've read recently.

one more thing if i use auto clicker to roll what is the problem?that is not a bot
You also admitted, and because you use an auto-clicker that as far as I know it is also forbidden.  It's no different from a bot because if you use a script, it's still cheating.  So you deserve what happened to your account.

Hi! I'm desperate! I've been crying for days. Help me! I bet $100 on 4750x ... and I lose everything.
It's impossible what you want to happen, you gamble and you should know the risk that you will lose.  Targetting the highest odds will make you cry if you don’t accept the consequence. A gambling platform is not a charity.

no is not a script just a mouse software and i deposited money there to play , so i get a loss, there is no bot, i think better take care of you and don't simple judge without know what really happen

the same should happened also if i make a deposit of 0.5btc?

yes sure you bet 100 usd without any proof , i save all proofs on my mail that i deposited there

anyway will lock now

You just had to communicate politely, then he would return the money, as he did recently with (teofilios87)

My question is whether the OP can afford to pay a lawyer just to solve the problem of minor losses, except for very large losses.
so it's best to ignore it because the reasons are not detailed, and if serious the OP will provide accurate and detailed evidence, and besides that if he is serious about hiring a lawyer, he will definitely include some fees to be paid.

He would spend more in lawyer fees then what he would be trying to sue the company for. Regardless, after reading the scam accusation thread I believe he would lose the case and be out a couple grand in legal fees.

What a ridiculous guy lol, looking for a laywer on the bitcointalk forum.

What we actually have here is some weak ass attempt to get some more attention about his case and intimidate Freebitco.in, which won't work for obvious reasons.

I have also a strong feeling that this is just an alt account of another user here, maybe a competitor? I don't know.

It's not a competitor. After wasting the 3 ranked forum accounts he had used to scam free giveaways here he signed up another newbie account and is pretending to be the owner of another one of the bot accounts he was using to steal from us.

I think this is already solved.

Seems OP got busted, just like what @TheQuin said, OP proven that this is a kinda scammer.

There are so many complications when

.... you don't read the thread.

it comes to that, freebit has already established a good-will and reputation and hence, you would need solid and tangible proofs against them in order to held them accountable. Plus, you would probably need to find their jurisdiction or some sort of courts where to do case on them. Might even share how much they scammed you of? Probably discuss in their thread and contact support of them. Hopefully it will be settled for you and praying for a positive outcome.

He's already been answered in 3 threads. His biggest problem is that a lawyer isn't going to recommend he turns himself in for attempted fraud.
