A couple of reason:
- 1 - After you post a job, and complete it, you will receive a review from the freelancer, that other users can easily see, and be more likely to work with you
- 2 - When your looking for help, the more places you post, the more people will see it, giving you more options to select from different people
- 3 - As the site grows, you can easily see what experience and rating different freelancers have, so to better make a selection
- 4 - By posting there I can help you, with finding people as well, it never hurts to get some extra help
