I recommend to googling first before made a thread, many way and steps to get method to use gift cards.
It's not that easy. ebay has limits and requires you to link a PayPal account. Sometimes or actually most of the time the PayPal linking will get an error because they detect something suspicious

Need help with this still. I want to use the cards to buy things on eBay, but I need to create different accounts to avoid hitting the limit. I would also need a new PayPal each time with a unique IP using VPN?

if you have loads of these gift cards just go to open bazaar and sell them for bitcoins, i think it will be much better for you than just using them, or try to use them via vpn
