The thing with those research chemicals is that it's basically a race between designer drug creators and legislation: newly formed drugs become banned, the old ones get modified and in nearly 100% of all cases, it's clear what the purpose of those chemicals is.
And it's almost certain that also the new chemicals will become banned. And i guess nobody wants such a shop busted and his CC number appearing in the database records.

There's a HUGE problem on the net with e-stores marketing designer drugs (both narcotics and steroids), sports supplements and new phytopharmaceuticals where the store claims the substance is legal while it actually isn't in the country they are marketing towards. The tricks is usually that the substance is legal where the store is registered. The customer who doesn't really know any better is then the one that gets the shock of his life when customs or a DEA equivalent approach him. It's pretty sneaky.
