What do you have to offer as collateral,i work with altcoin and forum accounts,usually but i can deal with others things.
I'm pretty sure this is the equivalent of an account sale. If you look at his history, he has a bunch of accounts registered a while ago that he made an attempt to sell. The account was mostly dormant until very recently, and the only posts more than a few lines from him were trying to sell things
