I can sell you Quirky gift codes that you can use to buy goods from their online shop :

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/wts-quirky-e-gift-cards-64283

I have plenty of credits I could use to purchase Quirky e-gift cards and trade them for BTCs.
Gift codes are sent directly to your e-mail address, without anyone ever seeing the code before.

Al's service is the best way I have found to buy BTC.  I have bought may BTC from him and plan to buy more in the future.  All transactions have gone smoothly.

Good point, but I'm not so sure that a lot of services out there would accept cash.  I was just looking for something with total anonymity.  Cash => Bitcoin => Paypal seems like the most prudent way to go about it.  (people offering services I'm after accept Paypal)  I suppose I could offer cash for Paypal, but that doesn't seem very anonymous at all.

Why not just buy stuff you need with BTC? You already have money.  Wink

Welp, looks like I'm confined to Newbies for a while, considering I'm more interested in trading in BTC than posting on another forum.  Just wanted to give you a reminder, Als Pawnshop, that I'm interested in buying from you and will leave feedback in this thread.

I wasn't saying that people wouldn't trust him if he admited to be a dealer, heck, i trust some dealers, but don't you think that if the LEA's asked one of the administrators here for all the info they had on this guy they wouldn't give it?

That was the half joking part of it. That said, it would be pretty damn hard to prove the person posting on this forum is the same one trading on silk road. Anyone could make that claim. I dont know US or canadian law, but I dont even think it would be enough for a search warrant here. Also, if he follows silk road rules, he will not have a list of customers.

And besides he wants to trade, so after doing 1 trade they woud find him, and prosecute him, even having a list of all the dope he sold and to whom... tell me about evidence gathering... they wouldn't even need a warrant or to put him under surveilance to throw him in jail!

I sure hope you are joking... If not, than that's the most stupid thing he could do... FFS, admit in a public board that he sells drugs...

I was only half joking.
Can you think of many other ways to make that much bitcoins and a reason to insist on converting it in cash?
And hey, if he is selling pot on silk road, I wouldnt hold that against him for a trade. If anything, on the contrary, it makes him more trustworthy as a trade partner than if he earned his coins scamming, hacking or stealing, which are about the only other possibilities I could see to explain his request.

If you don't like the train station, just put the money in an envelope and throw it in the trash can at the northwest corner of 8th and market street in philadelphia at 3 pm tomorrow.  I'll send you the BTC at 5 pm.  I really need to get rid of these BTC, it's totally not a scam, I promise.

Sounds like a good deal! Then when I get my BTC I will mail you the code to unlock the safe holding the money and deactivate the bomb inside.  Kiss
