I have tried out using the Binance option trading and I Lost money , it's lagging, it only has line chart and minimum of 5 minutes trading time which is not good, and like you said it's actually designed to make someone loose money, Therefore, if you want to trade options, it's better you use the trading platforms that offers option trading, like IQ option, pocket option, Qotoex and olyptrade, these are reliable platforms that I use. IQ is the best among all of them.
When it comes to options trading then it would be basically be pertaining on short time duration kind of trades.Basing up on real experience then i do even encounter 1minute timeframe
which is really that too fast. You would really be needing on having immediate action and its really  that hard on applying any basic principle of trading strategies
which is good for short time.

This is why i dont really have interest on touching up options trading.I cant really just bare up the risk and you cant really make things or analysis to be applicable.
In short, it is really like gambling where you do predict price on where it would be going.

Just like traditional trading, futures trading has been a very good innovation in the crypto space, yet I still feel incomplete without trading Bitcoin with Option. I was happy to see the Option trading feature with Binance, which is my only exchange, but they offer a different kind of Option trading from the traditional one I know. Their style of offering is designed to make one lose as your winning is not guaranteed even if the difference between the striking price and the price at expiration is in your favour.

Debatable. Futures, and other derivatives, trading has also contributed to more volatility in Bitcoin, and other markets in crypto.

Quote

Take, for example, I bought the (Call) option on BTC at 18634.35 on Friday for an expiration of 1 hour. Could you believe that the price of the market was at 18855.87 at the expiry time, but Binance still concluded that I lost the bet? This is not a mistake because such a situation has happened to me more than 5 times with the same exchange.

I don't know how Binance calculates their options trading and I don't care again. Is there any exchange you can suggest to me that gives winning like the traditional Option trading where the slightest point counts?

Let's make it clear, you bought a call option on Bitcoin, with an expiry of one hour, and with a strike price of $18,634.35? Or did you buy the call option when Bitcoin was priced at $18,634.35? Because if it's the second one, then what would the strike price be? Plus posting your screenshots would be very helpful.

First of all, may I know if you have any ideas on doing futures trading? because if you tell me that you don't have any or only a few ideas, I can say that you are doing it wrong because actually most of the members here on the forum advise you not to try futures trading because it is still a bit confusing to use compared to spot trading

I have seen many newbies jump right into futures trading without having enough ideas, so the result is that they lose or just waste their capital used here.
With my explanations above, you should have known that I know how to trade futures very well, only that I wanted more through Option trading. It's obvious that no one could trade Option without the knowledge of how to trade futures because you need to speculate and know how to earn from the market through it. However, the only difference between the future and Option trading is just the expiration of the tenure of the betting and the fixed amount to earn which must have been foreknown.

If you want to learn about trading, you must have good knowledge about any subject The market should be aimed at the maximum and always thinking about each candle If you can't analyze the trading platform, you will never be able to trade as profitably as you should by trading with estimates. But trading also has different qualities, if you do futures trading, you need to have more adequate knowledge and good skills about futures trading, otherwise futures trading will never happen.can't do
Most importantly, don't be lazy to learn and stay consistent because trading is very complex and when we don't have any preparation we can see the results of the trade that will speak,
In addition to knowledge it is also important to have skills,
it all takes a process and we must have patience

It seems my BTT people don't trade Option as I thought. I expected more suggestions and options for me to look into than what I see from the responses received so far. Option trading is good and interesting in Forex, Crude oil and other traditional markets, which was why I wanted to try it in Bitcoin which is easier to speculate for that purpose.

Maybe it was because someone moved the question from the Beginner & Help section to this place, which is so hurting as a pressing question like this could not get a quick answer from a less viewed section like this.
Not soo much people would really love to deal up with Options considering about the risk level then i would definitely be just stick with spots.Honestly i do have an experience on having those option trading on

tradersway and iqoption when it comes to forex and indices which you could really able to differentiate out in between crypto in regards with volatility.Once you do able to experience out

when it comes to volatility then for sure you could really say that it would really be more riskier if you do try it with crypto.
Yes, its rewarding but we know that technical analysis doesnt always bite out precisely.
The risk with Option trading is not the reason why BTT members are not conversant with it, I am only beginning to guess that there are no exchanges offering the Option trading in a traditional way. And as for the risk, people here are used to risk, they are not afraid of it either. They game and gamble, what is risker than that?

My question only falls short of many responses because of this section of the forum, I don't know who transferred it from the initial place I posted it. Finally, Bitcoin traders might not know how and where to do Option trading in a professional way.

I don't know if it's still the case now but binance is an exchange that used to encode a lot of advanced functions without knowing how they were meant to work/actually testing them because most of them were broken (this was a few years back, some.have been fixed since but they're not the best). Some also did the correct thing but in the opposite direction too...

The only other site I've heard of to trade options is ftx.com/options I don't know whether they'll be as bad as binance for stuff though so it might still be riskier than waiting for something better to come out.
It is not about the advanced technology that Binance is using, it is obvious that their Option trading is not the true way to trade traditional Options. About 6 trades can't be a mistake, they knowingly designed the platform to make you lose in trading Option, which is not fair. This is glaring.

As for the FTX, I know them, and I have an account with them but have not traded there before because I didn't want to go through the stress of KYC and they still disappoint me like Binance.

I think they might be taking up the price of the underlying asset while calculating the gain/loss which means you might be using BTC futures to calculate the win and they might be using btc spot instead. Also it depends on the premium you paid for this option? The gain loss might have been calculated considering the premium paid for the option when you would have bought it.
I don't seem to understand you. In my understanding of Option trading, brokers/exchanges don't segregate. No regular or premium account, Option trading is the same and the same principles suppose to apply to such an account.
