For a school research project I need several bitcoin addresses (with privkey) which had transactions on it in past.
I do not need any bitcoins on it, but the address should exists in the blockchain with a couple transactions on it.

you can always just create a wallet, get 0.01BTC and move it around between addresses
An other tip is to look into brainwallet... There are several private keys for used brainwallets floating around on the web... The thing was that some people created brainwallets with really easy passphrases, and some hacker just bruteforced loads of them, and bragged about it online.
