I think Sylvain should be a first name of someone who is already in Europe/US/Canada
Also appending MCC on your pseudonym like Merchant Category Code immediately leads to a surely banking fraud.

Why not directly selling your fraud method/idea for 20€ ? that would be more sincere and you win merit  Cheesy Cheesy

Really not sure if these newbies are the same person Roll Eyes ... What makes me laugh is that his method of scamming is a little old ...  Cheesy

A scam can be only one way arround, pay 10 euro using a refferal code of his and you lose cause he will give you nothing. but this is the only way i see the problem. worst case scenario i will lose 10 euro which is worth a pint.

I'm curious why such deals are typically made by newbie forum members.
Wouldn't it be more logical for members to use an account with a higher reputation for those kind of offers? And, if they are really newcomers, which I doubt, it would seem more logical for them to spend some time getting to know this community, right?

It's not surprising that the majority of members see this as an attempt at fraud.

Let's be careful when using our virtual card accounts because just this month I received a notification that I don't remember that I just made a transaction on my mobile app of a local bank because it has a history of purchases using the online payment but it was last year so it's just weird because even on legit and well-known websites it happens, so what about unknown sites and if you still deal with untrusted users.

I accept OPs offer, lets see how it goes, will keep the topic updated
Telegram @magetionary
I will highly suggest to not accept this type of offer where here everybody can see something suspicious in this offer, otherwise none want to pay you 300$ when the actual cost is 20$.

Now you are accepting this offer then ok, since it's your personal matter and you are the only man who can save yourself. But atleast don't forget to user escrow.
I'm just more curious about where this is going to end with OP, he wants that 20eur payment, I'm up for it but thanks for the heads up tho.

This sounds like a carding scam... OP gives you $20 in BTC, you send back those $20 on a credit card online purchase and someone steals the card data. That way OP can drain your card while he recovers the money.

There are no more reasons for someone to offer $300 for a $20 transaction. I hope no one falls into this trap.
OP did not mention the site too which means he can give you a site which will basically store your card data and later they will use the data to empty your card. There are many scams like this. So if anyone is thinking to earn 280 €, think twice.

It certainly looks that way. Scammers are always coming up with new ways to scam credit card users or making new spins on old scams.

Remember, guys, if it looks too good to be true...

I need two different purchases (10 € and 10 €), on an application and on a perfectly legitimate site, which requires 3D secure. I provide all the details in PM.
Can you share the site?

This explanation sounds plausible.

I send 20 € before the payment.

So you're going to send somebody 20 euro in btc , plus the fees (have you checked them lately?) even before they buy you that thing whatever it is?

If you would have said you're offering 30-50 euros for this you would have already got a lot of offers but that 280 euros for a harmless purchase just raises red flags. No wonder everyone is starting to get suspicious, and they should do so, in the best case scenario you're just trolling.

That being said I must admit I'm so damn curious what's behind all this.

I know it is pointless but I've tagged OP negatively because this is a scam. Those who have replied before me have been more polite but I'm fed up with this. I've seen it many times. There are too many reasons. If it's too good to be true, it probably is, he doesn't give any details, etc.

I'll be wary to those who will try to deal with op since this is too good to be true offer and you should OP too since sending first with €20 will be a lost for you if ever someone runs with that.

Escrowing the reward will be fair enough to the one who will deal with you since s/he's risking his/er €20 spending to the thing s/he doesn't want.

I am really not getting the point why are you paying €300 for €20 only. Is there any risk involved with where to use the card and there is a risk of a block card? Why are you not using a virtual card from the market? How if you escrow the funds? Because we can't do anything if you do not send the remaining funds.

For those who want to help OP just be careful. There is something wrong IMO why OP offering a high pay rate only for €20. Just make sure your card and bank account aren't going to fall at risk.

Well, you're an unknown newbie... 20€ beforehand, 280€ afterwards does indeed mean that the person taking your deal doesn't lose money, but it also means that the odds of you dissapearing and not paying the 280€ are great... No offence, but what would be your incentive to pay the 280€?

Maybe using an escrow would increase your chances of finding somebody to make the purchase?

By the way, i assume you want to buy something legal?

Yes it's legal, these are online services, available in play store/App Store.

In this case, he shows me the proof that he has bought well, without giving me the access,
I send half, and the other half when he gave me the access.

Seems fair to me.
