I have a feeling this guy is not going to pay. He just paid the first few people to get the rest of us to do it too and now he waits to see how many extra submissions he can get. I think that we cannot submit our comments because now we know he is no longer paying and he knows that when we know we might leave bad reviews for his site so he now has the comments on manual admin add so he can remove negative ones.
