It's a bubble, the current price hikes are not sustainable in the long-term. By the end of the month the rate will fall to sub-$35 levels imo.

But I also don't believe the kind of growth we have seen in the past month is sustainable in the long-term. Eventually people will become so worried that they will liquidate in order to avoid the big fall, which will, in turn cause the big fall. Regardless, Woodcock doesn't afraid of anything.
