I am still surprise Ripple is still number 3 on the list, the fall of XRP is inevitable because people are truly monitoring their wallet and any move to dump on the market would result in the crash of the price. What I see here is that people are rejecting the project, XRP tech is good but the greediness of the team is causing great damage to their brand. Despite all the question marks that surrounds Tether I still prefer it to XRP 1000 times
Don't be surprised by it if you know who's behind of that Ripple why it's still on that top 10 spot. Personally, some altcoins really deserves that spot but can't do anything when it has the power to control their own market. I hope one day they will just gonna leave that spot though but I'm not sure if it will happen someday.

This race will continue for a while now and also keep in mind that btc and eth are the most highly traded coins and no matter what people love to trade btc/usdt and eth/usdt pairs perhaps because they want to see their gains in terms of usd  which is also a psychological satisfaction for them and this approach has helped usdt market cap to gain more and more.

I think XRP will lose this spot very soon. Once again a new coin will come to this spot. Traders no longer trust on these coins due to continuous dumping by the XRP team. And usdt is also famous for their dirty work. Everyone has seen how much usdt has printed in these few months. So it is also a centralized coin. They manipulate the market by printing USDT as they wish. So even if usdt comes to this spot I would not be satisfied.

While I truly hope this will happen, I kinda doubt it especially in the short-mid term. The news about Ripple Labs dumping XRP on their holders have been out for what? A good number of months now? A lot of those XRP bagholders sure have some iron hands, I'll give them that, but damn though. Their hopium is just on the next level.

XRP bagholders still think that this XRP will pump again and xrp will make them rich. But they do not understand that it will not happen again. I must say, they have a lot of patience. Because without patience it is not possible to hold such a coin for so long. For their patience, the xrp team is regularly dumping their bags to their fanboys. A coin like XRP does not deserve no. 3 spots.

I can't wait for XRP to just die down and leave the "top 10" spotlight because while I don't hold altcoins(and I don't really plan to), I think other altcoins far deserve XRP's spot.
I have been expecting ripple corporation itself to disappear with an exit-scam for more than 5 years still they are managing to top at lists regardless of how many people here spreading awareness against those corporate/centralized sh*ts. Until people who are too greedy and not talking time to do due diligence are part of this crypto space, all well-planned scams may enjoy the cushion of top places in coinmarketcap.

if the crypto price websites only listed decentralized cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin will be the only one listed lol, making "marketcap" sites totally pointless.
You may consider all the cryptos which are supporting mining part (with zero premine) as decentralized cryptos. Tether and XRP are non-mineable hence must be excluded from listing of such sites.

What I see here is that people are rejecting the project, XRP tech is good but the greediness of the team is causing great damage to their brand.
I do not agree that technology behind XRP is good just because many financial institution are adopting them. XRP is a corporate thing. They send executives to all financial institutions world wide to explain themselves and to convince about adopting whereas bitcoin or any other coins do not have such activities. Finally, how do you say people started rejecting them? If there is a change, that will save lots of future regrets.

If XRP would dump, it would still at top 10, TETHER just have a good volume at the moment since people are putting their money on it, but they aren't really investing, so things could be temporary and XRP will get back on its slot.

I am not a fan of XRP either, anything that is centralized except BNB, ... I would rather invest in a coin that is undervalued right now and hope it will increase in the long run but we can't deny the fact that XRP has a big community and supporters.

Tether will take the XRP spot and then another altcoin will follow it.
I've seen a screenshot just a few hours ago that Tether temporarily replaced XRP on its spot. It's bad that I didn't get to see it myself but that only means that both coins that literally get out of the top spot and that's the same as with the other altcoins.

The race for the favored altcoins will change in due time but they should stopped thinking of comparing themselves with the king, bitcoin.

ripple dump soon and this centralized coin with a lot of premined coin will be dead for sure. We have more than a year for 1 billion ripple will be dumped to the market every month.

Tether will take the XRP spot and then another altcoin will follow it.

Well, if the crypto price websites only listed decentralized cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin will be the only one listed lol, making "marketcap" sites totally pointless.
Exactly most of those on the top 20 who praises that those coins are decentralized are just jape, most of it is still sticking on someone's ass*s, eg. CEOs. Bitcoin will still be decentralized even it scaled on the crypto sphere.

Centralized coins don't deserve a spot, imo.

While I think Tether(USDT) is shady in itself, XRP just take things to the next level. I can't wait for XRP to just die down and leave the "top 10" spotlight because while I don't hold altcoins(and I don't really plan to), I think other altcoins far deserve XRP's spot.
Same goes for Shitoshi's (CSW) coin ShitcoinSV, along with his threatening to the price of Bitcoin that I doubt will ever happen. Centralized coins don't deserve a spot, imo.
