You find it difficult to hold looking upon the gradual price drop without any signs of growth for a long. Same time people who have been holding long expecting good return on their investments and missing the ath keeps on holding with patience expecting good growth to take place. It's still up over 100% in a year. And far more than that at my buy in.

Call me silly, but that still seems like a pretty solid return. Of course there was going to be a pull back! The price spiked way too high, way too fast. Anybody who thought otherwise was fooling themselves.

Just remember. 90% of traders or more lose their money. And they're all trying to follow the same signals.

Thanks for reminding me that I’m not the most foolish man in the world. When I sold my bitcoin when the price is at 12000$ then here you’re selling it on the price at below 7000$. Good move.

No one will question your decision as it is your freedom, but don’t know if encouraging others to sell is also a good act.

I’ll be a happy man if it recovers fast that you can’t buy back in the lower price, but on 10000$ each.

I hope you like losing money because that is what you have done to yourself, this is why I do not understand when people say they lost money because of bitcoin, that is incorrect, they lost money because of their decision to buy when the price is very high and then sell when the price is very low.

You could try timing that buy perfectly. More likely than not though, you're going to see that you'll try buying in at lower rates thinking that this is not the final correction coming in BTC's way, and miss out on the true bottom and potentially have to buy on the way up.

That risk is something that I personally don't like taking. Which is why I'm holding onto my position because of the fact that prices can't go much lower than it already is (there will be a ton of buying pressure at $3-4k most likely), and also, if I do sell now, I gain pretty much nothing.

Well I dont think it is a good idea. Maybe if it is a bit higher maybe I will and then I will buy it again when it dropped so low. But the situation is different so I wont do the same. Its your choice, face the consequences. Dont make us sell our bitcoins just because you already did. Dont let others panic like how you did. thats your choice, and every peoples getting panic with bitcoin price right now...its normal if you tend to cut your loss rather than loss everything you have. i do prefer to hold my bitcoin and altcoin, hoping huge benefit from short term investment doesnt make a sense to me. we are lossing some money now, no one can predict bitcoin and altcoin's price since the volatility is the biggest risk of cryptocurrency.

No i won't sell my coins at this time because i know it is of no worth.Its ones own choice to take any decision regaring BTC.Its one of the crucial time for Bitcoin in crypto market and people instead of supporting bitcoin are criticising it.According to me selling at this time is not a good decision.Try to hold them for some more time and wait for bitcoin to jump a little high.I will hold them for some more time and sell only when i feel that i will get a good profit from it.

in my opinion, it does not matter if you sell bitcoin if you've got a profit and then buy it again for a low price, but if you do not get a profit then selling is not a good choice as you will lose and cause the price to go down if many people panic and selling bitcoin

Lol good luck mate i hope didn't repent soon when you notice the market bullish 'cause as now the bitcoin price is gradually increasing and it seems no tends to go down more om this circumstances, hehe well i have doubts also perhaps after month of july it will touch down 7k again and will constantly soar at mid like what others expecting.

Good luck indeed! He did not sell at the top, at least, when the reversal at around $10k was imminent, but now deciding when there is a possibility of a short reversal to the upper side before the downtrend continues. It is a pity that some people do not have trading knowledge but still they end up trying to make foolish decisions when they should just simply hold and possibly buy more at dips. He is free to sell as no one is forcing him not to, but he should sure know that it is a lot of insane decision to be selling the market at the bottom at least. Really some good luck to him as it looks he just decided to gamble the market.
