You should not feel bad or anything. Such is the nature of things you know. You need to withdraw during a certain point of time then you need to convert your satoshi into cash then that is what it is. No one knows the future so there is nothing for you to fret about. You will only feel negative feelings because you now know that bitcoin has a very high price now and you were not able to convert your satoshis now? No need to feel bad ok.

That was very bad time for me, when i sold out my Bitcoin. When bitcoin price was 9k+ usd, then i sold out my all Holding Satoshi for my personal problem. But now current price of per Bitcoin is 41k+ usd.
Is there something we can do ? you have sold all your satoshi because you have Personal problem and do you think if you had Hold your Bitcoin that time Was that problem be solved ?
In life we had to decide because of the circumstances and not because that's what we wanna do.
You're just looking because of the High value of BTC but with your previous action your problem is being answered that time.
Market is always here and will give you chance to make another choice , why just Need Bitcoin when you can invest in other altcoins ?
Think of the benefits in each action we do and not of Bitterness.

I don't think you should be bittered by it, at least it wasn't stolen or hacked, but rather you used it to solve personal problems which is better than borrowing or taking loan, so just see it as one of those things in life which you have no power or control in; I also believe you are not the only one that did such, a lot of people at one stage or the other have done it as well. Furthermore, instead of being bitter or regret over it, pick yourself up and start again, although you might not be able to buy a huge amount at once, but you can buy as small as possible or as your capacity reaches. Regrading the market, there will be a price correction for Bitcoin, although no one knows when but that would be the perfect time to buy to the best of your capacity.

Having no other options, you had to sell it. So there is nothing to regret about it. It is not like you sold it because you feared that the price is going to crash. Looking at the price and feeling contrite about it won't get you anywhere. If you can afford to invest now and plan to hold long term, then start all over again. It is never too late.
Once again, if you can't afford (don't have enough savings or liquid money), then don't invest! Or else you will be facing the same problem all over again.

What was the reason for your withdrawal when it was $9k? It is disappointing to see the rise after we've sold. But if you have the best reason for selling by that time and you truly need it, don't have to feel bad for that sale. You have used it very well and you have solved that problem by selling at that time. Honestly, you'll see too many people that have sold earlier but why you haven't thought of remaining even 10%-20% of your total holds?

At least, you can buy back bitcoin again when the price is down, so you will have a chance to sell it again when the price is up. I think many people already get the same experience as you, including me because I already sell some bitcoin at that price, but I still hold the other bitcoin for the next highest price. You can buy bitcoin at any price, and if you can hold it for a long time, you will be able to make a profit in the future. I think you do not have to regret that because I am sure that you will still have more chances to have bitcoin.

You aren't the only one who are experiencing what you are feeling right now. One thing more is that you sold your Bitcoins because of a personal problem. Come to think of it. What will happen if you just hold your Bitcoins and didn't focused on your problem.

For sure there are some investors there who sold their holdings at much higher price than where you sold it but still feeling regret because they didn't know that Bitcoin will move like this. Nobody expected this move I think. This move is a combination of the institutions buying Bitcoin and the hype that is being done by those huge media channels.

The only thing that you can do right now is to just wait for a correction and buy again. I know what you are feeling right now but just move on and wait for a time to re-enter to the market.

You sold your bitcoin for personal reasons. Depending on what that problem actually is, think about it— You might've been in a far worse situation right now if you didn't sell your bitcoin for well needed cash. (unless of course, your "personal problem" is something trivial)

That's very right. That's why even if I sold my btc before, I am not regretting as I sold it at that time because I needed the money. So if the OP sold his because of his personal needs, then I guess, there's nothing to regret. Just consider the situation that you will be in if you haven't done that before. This is how I think about the situation, if you will regret for the times you sold your satoshis, what will be your situation right now? Just move forward and don't regret the past.

If you had a personal problem, then withdrawing was probably justified. If it gave you financial relief when you really needed it, then you made a good choice. You shouldn't let how this played out to change the way you think in the future. If you need the financial aid, that Bitcoin would give if you withdrew it then you should.
Have to agree about this one to a certain degree, the withdrawal of bitcoin could have been avoided by putting an emergency fund, I am not talking about making a big one, just a trickle from your income is enough to gradually save for something unexpected, that was the most given advice that I have learned from other people, have a safety net that could help you in emergency cases like these one. Selling your satoshi is regrettable but you do not have to wallow about it, we never expected this prices and at that time the urgency is stronger so there is no one to blame.

I think many people are experiencing things like you’ve experienced now, selling bitcoin for $40k. It’s even far from the current price,
as you’ve been selling bitcoin at $9k. It’s too far away, for that you feel very frustrated at the moment. Because yeah  I think,  if you
want to buyback bitcoin, to wait for the price of the dip at $9k, it is very unlikely soon. And I’m also not sure if bitcoin will come back
low prices to $9k.

It's not late though to still invest, although the price is really that expensive for us average joe's. But if you think or invest on it for long term, then I guess it's going to be worth.

No need to regret, we put our money into bitcoin to save and get profits. I'll probably do the same if I'm in your shoes, so you don't have to go back and regret your decision is reasonable. And for sure you are not the only one who have sold it early, but the thing is that it's not over for us.

You just said it, you sell your bitcoin because of your personal problem.

Nothing wrong with that and even you sold it not because of your personal problem, then it's also fine as long as you enjoyed your money or used it on important matters.

The majority I think did the same. Regret is normal but what matters is, you able to take care of your problem in reality.

Do not worry, if you sold your bitcoin. You did it because you had no other choice. If you want to invest again, don't think it is too late. Of course you will not have the same advantages as before because its price is progressively increasing.

But if you think that bitcoin would reach 40K, 50K, 60K ... 100K an investment now would be worth it. Market behavior is unpredictable, we have to be brave to take risks and not endanger our assets.
Good luck!

It is meant to be sold and to be bought and when you have done that and that was important then don't be sorry. I'd rather take care of myself than regret selling those at that price, no one knows we could be in this level right now. Well, it's regrettable in an instance but somehow have you gone through on that personal problem? If yes, then it was the most important and by the way it's not yet too late to hop in we are barely starting a who knows you can still make 3x even by this price.

Well bro, you are not the only one here. Even me, I sold my bitcoin during the pandemic and I also lend a bitcoin here to sustain my monthly allowance and to have food on my table. At least that you have satisfied by your bitcoin holding and help during the time when you were needed the most. We never know when bitcoin goes up or even down, you can still invest if you want and hold them for a long period of time, if you will not gain profit by this year, perhaps it could be next year or in the following year will come or much better after another 10 years that I have doubt it will be doubled the price of what we are now.

You did what you felt was the right thing to do at the time. Who knows what might have hapened if you didn't sold your BTC? Money is important, but what is money if we can't fully enjoy it with a good health? Just be happy that you were able to invest in BTC long enough to be able to help your personal problem.

Who knows what would had happen if you hadn't invested in BTC thus not being able to sell it for your personal problem? The future is bright and the same guy who saw the opportunity / invested in BTC is still you, so I'm sure you'll do the right thing from here onwards Wink

You will not be the only person in that situation, last year was the worst year financially for everyone and some were forced to sell their coins to sustain the bills once your salary is delayed. I did not expect the price to rally to $40k in a short period of time but it is what it is with the bitcoin market as you cannot always understand the logic behind these huge rallies  Cheesy.

There is nothing much to be disappointed, the market has a cycle and you will get an opportunity to invest again.

If you had a personal problem, then withdrawing was probably justified. If it gave you financial relief when you really needed it, then you made a good choice. You shouldn't let how this played out to change the way you think in the future. If you need the financial aid, that Bitcoin would give if you withdrew it then you should.

Investment isn't about being able to predict everything, and profit the most. Its about, remaining stable, and not going into debt just in case it plays out how you envision it. Of course, the above statement isn't completely true, when investing you're doing it for the sole purpose of profiting as much as possible, but try not to get hung up on things if things didn't go your way. Trust me, I've made investments, cashed them in, and then days, weeks, years later its double that amount. That's just the life of a investor.

Only invest what you can afford at the time, and if you need to take it out then you should, and although its hard sometimes to accept seeing where Bitcoin has reached, or any other investment for that matter. You can't tell you future, and there's no way of knowing it. To be honest, you might have not profited as much as you wanted too, but it sounds like you made the correct decision in withdrawing to help with your personal circumstances, that's the mature thing to do.
