Of course bitcoin is here for the long term run, the blockchain is a new technology that will be needed in the future, I don't know about banks going out of business cause of bitcoin, instead of that to happen I know the government will prefer to place a ban on the use of bitcoin within that country, the people will definitely move back to banks since using bitcoin no longer allowed, it's best bitcoin and bank Co-exist together.

So many altcoins won't survive, you know why? It's because they don't really have a good use case, the utility isn't something that will be much needed in the future, Ethereum on the other hand hasn't been doing well either, base on how I see if the current problems facing it isn't solved it's not going to be around for long, I just hope the ETH 2.0 is really worth the wait.

Honestly, the ETH 2.0 is a flop the way it is at present. All the expectations of it correcting the abnormalities in the ETH chain and transaction fees now look like a mirage. Another point OP should understand is that Bitcoin has come to stay. It's the bedrock of the crypto industry. The day Bitcoin becomes worthless is the day the whole crypto industry goes down the drains.

I can't assuredly say that for ETH.

Nothing last forever but saying that crypto will replacing fiat soon is impossible thing to happen! When it comes on staying into the market then this had been a never ending question
which is common yet no man on this world could predict on what would happen next. Bitcoin and ETH will stay? no one can assure but basing off on what they had achieved or reached
after a long time of being supported then we can presume that this will surely stay for a while but we shouldnt really remove the fact or possibilities for it to be replaced by other
tech.

For a long term investment, I'm sure that bitcoin and Ethereum are really gonna stay and will continue to increase their market value.

A lot of popular cryptocurrency in the market that has a solid demand is gonna stay for long term investment, but for sure compared to other dead tokens in the market bitcoin demand is already solid.

But still, just like the bitcoin technology that is gonna last for a long time, new technology could also be created in the future that is probably gonna be better than bitcoin that is sure will have a big effect on the market price.

Yeah it is here to stay. But for how long? Nobody knows. It might not exists tomorrow or might become obsolete after few decades/centuries. What if a huge flaw has been found which can't be fixed? What if a better technology has been invented which solves all the current problems crypto currencies have? Remember, everything is replaceable one way or the other.

Oh yes, banks will eventually start accepting bitcoin, but in a centralized way. Smaller financial institution have already start doing that. Banks will catch up soon.

btc is all about money because it was a currency and i dont consider it as a technology , i dont know why but it feels different . banks dont need to accept btc to be in but banks business are going to continue on its own but banks are welcome to join btc for a change , why not?

To me Nakamoto's project (bitcoin) fought the toughest wars since 2009, I believe it has something to do with the disappearance of Nakamoto, he knew that bitcoin is going to face so much hardship before success and for decentralized sake he has to go hidden, the reason why crypto is big today is because of bitcoin particularly, Ethereum on the other hand deserves to be next to bitcoin because of its use case too but nothing comes close like Bitcoin ever did

For me, I also believe bitcoin will stay. But who knows the reality of what will happen after 10 years? We can't assume where technology will go, perhaps there would be more developed technology, and we would jump into it. Same as when bitcoin wasn't created, we hadn't assumed about Bitcoin technology. But yes, If the current cryptocurrency technology exists, then Bitcoin and some other cryptocurrencies will exist, no doubt about that. I am positive about Bitcoin. I believe bitcoin would rule the global economic system once a time.

I would recommend you do a legitimate examination, is banks can proceed as long as they need without Bitcoin or Ethereum in light of the fact that fiat can't rely upon anything which is unstable. I do concur with you on terms that banks do have to receive blockchain innovation which they will, in the long run, do by making their own steady coin as opposed to utilizing Bitcoin. I for one don't wish banks to receive Bitcoin on the grounds that was made to stop the bank's impact on our cash which will become void if this occurs.

I guess that is why people want to have more and more bitcoin from a long time ago. They do not want to miss the chance to change their life. I think bitcoin will not stay forever because it started pumping since the beginning of this year till now which many investors have use it to make enough profit from their business. Since other cryptocurrencies are preparing to over take bitcoin before the end of this year.
