Holy shit, ironcross is a huge post whore, why doesn't he just buy some bitcoins from an exchange or offer products at a reasonable price? Everything He's brought to the table has been stupidly priced out of proportion.(Almost everything he's put up for coins is either broken, old, may be someone else's, or is in the wrong section.)

He sounds like a pretty poor scammer, wouldn't it have been a much better idea if he sent you the 1BTC then ripped you off for the other 3?
yeah, I know it. I was going to do each one individually.  I guess it seemed like too much work, so he just scammed the first one.

SCAMMER ALERT: BTC4PPGBP

User BTC4PPGBP is a scammer.  After agreeing to a fair price yesterday for 1 BTC, user BTC4PPGBP failed to deliver the said BTC after I made a payment.  This was a test transaction, to verify this user.  FAIL

The original deal was 4.5 BTC for 88 GBP.  Because BTC4PPGBP refused to go first, we made a deal to test things out with 1 BTC for 19.56 GBP.

Here's where he instructs me to send to his account:

Here's where I sent as instructed:

After waiting several hours and sending him messages, I got this:

BTC4PPGBP has not replied to my messages or emails asking for a refund or BTC to be sent.

DON'T DEAL WITH THIS USER!!!

Well, if it goes wrong, you can always take confidence in knowing PayPal hates Bitcoin and you'll get your money back even if he didn't do anything wrong.  I still advise using escrow, just as good practice.

Escrow is useless for selling BTC through Paypal. Even if the transaction is done through escrow, the buyer can still reverse the charges afterward.

They seem new, I'm just trying to nudge them in the right direction Grin  But yes, you're right.  Trading BTC for PP is an invitation for disaster either way and I wouldn't advise using it period.
