If you view BTC/altcoins chart you will find out that almost all of them are in a bearish trend and the majority of them are in oversold base on some momentum indicators. Altcoins are not in bullish trend now if we do an average of all the altcoins. Bitcoin is having the best days and I hope this best days last long until the end of the year.
Current market conditions are dominated by bitcoin growth and that makes a lot of altcoins do not move or move very slowly. if this continues for a long time, we really won't see bulls on altcoins this year.

It is not the bear season with like to see in the future but bull run. We are already in the green color and expecting to continue until the year end. But to think of its absolute percentage of inclines is something cannot be told. Let this thing at its flows and looking forward to hit another $20k or more.

Despite the struggle of Bitcoin and Ethereum to bounce back from the bear market, TTC protocol and BNB have managed to rise above their ATH. I made over 100% profit from TTC in just 2 days. Those thinking crypto is almost dead should just think twice. Maybe they are just investing in coins whose use cases are not highly demanded
I think it’s not only for some coins but the whole market.yes maybe it’s not that good movement some altcoins has now and only Bitcoin is the strongest mover so far but all the coins are following bitcoin if not now in the near future.Just wait and we will find everything in favor of the whole market and not for some,unless the shitcins
Yes, the Bitcoin market has shown a very good increase so far, and a number of Coins have also followed, so I think the bear market is now over, and will go to the next Bull run.
as soon as bitcoin was unleashed from the long agony of being on a dip, it has now running for a small bull run and many cryptos are running behind it as well, and i know for sure that this will not be the only potential btc and other coins have this 2019!
I have no idea what is going on in the market right now, but I can say that this is one of the worst times to buy or sell a coin. You can't know if another bull run started, this is bull trap or we are in still bear market.
Worst time? no, if you already have coins that were bought during the $3k - $5k level of bitcoin, do you think it is worse to start selling it right now? If you also bought Litecoin @ $30 and it's already $80-$90 now, do you think it is worse to sell coins now? no. It is just a matter of wise decision execution. And if you think that it will rise more in the future, you don't actually look at the current price but on the future price that you are targeting after buying it. 
I have no idea what is going on in the market right now, but I can say that this is one of the worst times to buy or sell a coin. You can't know if another bull run started, this is bull trap or we are in still bear market.

I don't think if Bitcoin is that moving, it's just like stable on $3800 - $4100. I heard from someone that Bitcoin need one more correction before it's start to recovery again.
And yup, some coins & tokens are manage to leave the bear market and start recovering even reaching it's new all-time-high.
yes, I agree, indeed there are currently a few coins that have left the bear market, and I think bitcoin will leave the bear market later, but I don't think that in 2019 this might have to wait for the next 1-2 years.
