Electrum -it is ok. with this , you can use Bitcoin wallet easyly.It also will protect your computer.

Not necessarily. It depends on how you want to use the program.
The portable version is as safe as the installer if you use it right (don't use it on insecure machine!).

Electrum may NOT be the most secure, but it's one of the most convenient Desktop Wallets.

The answer is simply because there are wallets more secure than Electrum.
For example, your bitcoin on Trezor will still be safe even if you use it on a compromised computer.

Electrum is a very good wallet, especially to new bitcoin users. It is a thin client (you don't need to download the whole blockchain but just ~25 MB block headers) and it is very easy to use.
You can just install the Standalone version right? It's the same as windows Bitcoin core download, also used for Standalone.

But it is unsafe to use Electrum on pc that is connected to internet because Electrum stores wallet data here: X:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Electrum
You should either encrypt the wallet with strong password or use offline pc.
If you need help with setting up Electrum on offline pc then here is guide:

I would suggest windows installer version, it installs like any other program you would install and creates a desktop icon and it will be simpler to use.
The installer will install it to your computer like any other program. Portable is a small executable, you can carry it on usb, same thing with standalone.
For a newbie, the windows installer version would be the safest bet. It makes it easier for others to help you if you encounter problems.
