Activity is defined as min(time * 14, posts), where time is a single two-week period, so you can gain a maximum of 14 activity for every two weeks you are active. You can get 14 activity per 2 week period, so you have to wait another 14 days for your activity to increase, you also have to do at least 1 post.

You can only get a maximum of 14 activity every 2 weeks. I'm not sure when it resets. Try reading the board a bit before posting as this has been asked many times before.
