What FUD spreading? I just ignore it like everyone else most of the time, unless people are actually responding to it as if it's real in large numbers, you were there with all the bullshit about ASICs right? Seen it all a million times before now.

The problem isn't trolling itself, the problem is people who confuse trolling with online threats, thankfully the law hasn't done what these stupid politicians have and confused the two very different things. Baiting Christian Homophobes shouldn't be a jailable offence >_<

I'm not in favor of it but, they could put the base up on TOR, and move it every now and again for protection.
Suit would have to prove who did what damage. That can be done any time, and is being done all the time right now.
