Is there a WALLET that is "better" than others? Can you have a developer create a wallet just for you? kinda like a personal one?

No. Only "better" type of wallet is a Multi-Sig wallet (if we're speaking strictly bitcoin).
It's either a single or multi sig address within a wallet or HD wallet. They are all on the same network and work the same.
What you need to look for is reputability. Reputable companies that already have a trusted user base. Not a wallet that promises something you won't get.
PS: This doesn't take into account any extra security features that are added to a specific product. Obviously, there are more efficient ways than using just the Blockchain alone that some companies may use for added security. But that's not really specific to the wallet itself .

->You need to hire a developer.Those scripts are buggy and possibly you will need a developer to set it up for you and for the support once it's deployed.
->You will be wasting time trying to set up your own wallet/exchange.
Unless you have some coding skills to start with, you'll never know if the dev you hired is fucking you with a script which has a backdoor. If you don't have a slightest clue about coding an online wallet script, you should never ever be thinking of starting one.
People just don't come out and start a restaurant business. First they learn how to start one by working in one, then they take their chances.
XAPO, Blockchain and services like these weren't built by a script kiddie. They are serious enterprises with serious dev teams behind them.

Xapo funding: $40M
Those are pretty expensive 'scripts'.
Its very hard to build a trusted wallet service now adays. Youll need to prove toe everybody that your wallet is secure and even if you can do that people will still be hesitant to use due to many scammers being out there

To run web wallet you need more btc to support your bussines. The hardest part in this case is security issue and promote your service. Many people not easy to join new service without good trust and credibility. If you only need code, i have my own wallet.

Instead of building your centralized wallet why not to build your own exchanger it more profitable than building centralized wallet, you can generate profit by any activities on your platform while wallet you just got nothing. People now days are prefer to stored their money or bitcoin on decentralized wallet cause they have ultimate control over their money, there are lot of threads about xapo and coinbase have locked and froze their members account this is why people are scared to use this kind of service. Also you have big competitors out there, well some people might be using your site but i bet those are newbies. This is just my sugestion no offense or something.
No one will trust you so it's better to stop before you even get started. These days hopefully people are wise enough to never use services like this but I don't think they are.

Building your own project is easier if you have a team. Each with different specialization related to crypto-currency web wallet. I suggest you ask some of the pioneer in this forum for that project and the funds you can crowdfund once the project is well developed.
if you have money you can easy get your bitcoin wallet. hire a good developer. there alot of script available but its not a good idea if you want to run a good business.

not enough find free or buy script, not easy you must high tallent and high secure in youre site
without skill youre client use youre service can lost bitcoin balance
Its not that easy if you ask me. I have planned to create one months ago, in fact I have my own thread about it. Tried to asked some programmers myself and they asked me 3 btc for it. Its easy to create a wallet said one programmer but will people be using it? Thats the real question.

you mean a web wallet/multiwallet or exchange you are referring to ? there are exchanges open source but you still need good knowledge to deploy on your server.
