If you have money, you can buy it by yourself.
I don't think @OP have the money, but needs a loan. a newbie requesting a 1 BTC loan.
When I used the forum for the first time, it took me several weeks to figure out how to post correctly. Therefore, whoever owns this account knows the forum well, so this is most likely a scam.

I would like to request a 1 BTC loan.
I will pay in full April 8, 2024 with funds and interest.

Hi all,
I want to buy  0.15 BTC.   Could you help me?
There is no reason to buy from someone on a forum these days. You have way too many options at your deposal.

Try using an exchange then sending the coins to a wallet you own.

I have to remind you OP that if you choose to buy from another person in this forum, make sure that it's a trusted member here in the forum and if you want another layer of safety, you might want to check out how to get an escrow services too otherwise just follow what @hd49728 says and it's probably the easiest to do since you're probably going to buy more bitcoin in the near future anyway. Don't try to entertain people that will try to tell you that they can buy the bitcoin on your behalf or they will teach you in PMs or in calls, just follow the one that's posted, I'm sure that you can figure it out, take every measure to make sure that you're safe and not a likely victim of scammers.

Hi all,
I want to buy  0.15 BTC.   Could you help me?
If you have enough dollars to invest then you can invest by DYOR(Do Your Own Research).  If someone gives you investment advice, that advice may not be positive for you.
Hi all,
I want to buy  0.15 BTC.   Could you help me?
If you have money, you can buy it by yourself.

Find an exchanges from
https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/
https://www.coingecko.com/en/exchanges

And spend your money to buy bitcoin.

I hope that you did not create this topic to scam.
Follow the above instructions and invest as your DYOR.

But after investing, the bigger challenge in front of you is how you will hold your invested bitcoins. However, in this case the real objective is to select the best wallet for you. If you can't protect the security of your bitcoins, don't invest.

Hi all,
I want to buy  0.15 BTC.   Could you help me?
Since you asked for help here, you shouldn't have any problem, but if you are asked to help by personal message from any other source outside the forum, you should not accept that help. Because in that case they may try to cheat or scam you. Moreover, you should not contact Telegram from any source other than a trusted source and do not transfer your wallet's security system to someone else as they will try to cheat you. So be careful before investing.

Something to learn before funding your exchange account.
Reminder: do not keep your money in online accounts

You can buy it from an exchange, and withdraw it to your non custodial wallet like Electrum wallet or Bitcoin Core.

Make your wallet back up and use a strong password to encrypt your wallet.
