Coinbase... If it still works. I used to buy bitcoins there long time ago, it was nice site, so check it out, if it won't work then i don't know any other good sites for that.

better in my opinion to buy goods via escrow. with the service we can get a better guarantee. and recalled via escrow fee is very small.

You can use ewallet like Payza or Payeer , link it with your card and purchase bitcoins simply with this ewallet. And you can using the currency exchange in this forum as well

Here in my country we don't need to deposit using credit card or to buy bitcoin using credit card. we can instantly buy bitcoin in easy way here in my country compare to other countries. Bitcoins here in my countries is fast growing they are release new merchant that accept bitcoin as payment..

I would suggest you to try localbitcoins and if you want to buy bitcoins during particular time intervals then you can try unocoin (not sure they provide services for non Indians) but the feature I liked the most. you can actually set your order in such a way that you will be able to buy $0.75 (minimum) worth of bitcoin every day or week or month. This will make your investment price as equal to average of that investment period.
