Video about the game.

https://youtu.be/4ZWkjeaMIEc

Please share your thoughts, it's a new game that we might be playing in the future and enjoying it.
I have mixed feelings about this. I created a discussion a while ago about the Marble League and betting on it. The marbles look very similar and watching them is IMO pretty engaging, but I think the Marble League is actually better than this hamster-marble thing. I don't like the hamster version for two reasons:
1. It doesn't seem right to treat the poor hamster like this, making it run and run, so that people can bet and bet.
2. Introducing a pet into the race can raise fairness questions (what if Mia's owners can somehow make her spin in the wheel father or slower, or give preferences to certain marbles by training her to make certain moves at certain times?

If you want a substitute for horse race, I think that it will be a good alternative. I too find it quirky but they have a good concept.
No way man! In the horse race, you still have (or can get) the data of:
- breed
- past injuries
- age
- jockey
- horse physical condition

And in marble, the difference between one and another is only about color. Everything else, material, shape, weight, is pretty much the same. Grin

I agree with this this is not a horse game since you will not be able to analyze the marbles they are all the same except for the colors of it. well this is most likely a random game so we are sure that this is really fair.

i thought it was Indiana Jones in Arcade lol.

But the game is cool though i'm looking for much longer challenge,i Mean the platform and obstacles are wider and longer.

But i will surely Play this once available ,and also this will attract sets of Players because of uniqueness and originality .

How about the weight of the balls used for rolling was that measured first before the game starts? I think they should provide more of that as weight is a general factor here even if they hit that ETH logo on the center. I think this is a unique game and more of most probably fair and doesn't depend on strategy but as I said I think they should provide proof of each ball weighs similarly, just my two cents.

Marble race isn't something new, and I was a big fan of it a few months ago when some streamers play the "Marbles on Stream" game.
Agree that the hamster element is the new part and probably unnecessary because the track can be powered by electricity.

IMO this game is more like a lottery game or lighting dice —100% about luck.

by looking at the photo the first thing came in my brain is its a game about smashing hamster but on the pic the guy was holding a different hammer and its name was also marble race so im not sure at  all .

this game was new ( was it ? ) so im not convince that it will become the future of gambling . lots of new and weird gambling games have been introduced in the past but none of them became so trendy  but who knows .

It's new to us but I don't know if it's really new in the gambling world, and let's say it's new, it doesn't mean that people will easily accept the game, this is just unique, all I can say for now that's why I'm interested with your thoughts on this game.
certainly not new in the gambling world but "hamster powered" is probably unheard of.

it doesn't mean that people will easily accept the game, this is just unique, all I can say for now that's why I'm interested with your thoughts on this game.
there are people who are already invested in it to the point that there are Olympics or championship tournament where you can bet but the game itself and the betting side is still widely unknown to many people.
and my personal opinion, I find the game quite mesmerising although I wouldn't say that I liked the game and would bet or watch every time that there is a tournament or a betting odd available on a bookie.

It's been shared in the forum, so hopefully they'll use our forum as one of their platform to inform gamblers when they launch this game.
I doubt they would actively use this forum to inform us here whenever the game is live, if we look at the official account of mia.bet behavior it seems they would not to do it. They only share their service and show us that they exist I guess.

It's their ANN when still in the beta stage -> 🐹Introducing mia.bet: Bet ETH on hamster 🐹 powered marble races | beta

The game is captivating but if I am not mistaken the game hasn't been launched yet. Once it's already operational I might try it as well. The only thing that makes me think about this game is the assurance of provably fair, we are not even sure if those marbles that will be used has the same weight since the gravitational pull is one of the factors that may affect the race and weight has something to do with it, just a guess.

I also pity those hamsters that will be part of this race that they need to run at about 8 kilometers a day, that's really tiring I supposed, and hope they will get a permit first for using a hamster in this game.

We would know if the game is already live, I am a bit confuse about how this game is played though, for me, the introduction video is not enough for me to fully understand what's going on here, but like I said, when it's live we will know. It's been shared in the forum, so hopefully they'll use our forum as one of their platform to inform gamblers when they launch this game.

Checking their FAQ section - there is question about Mia, the hamster.

So let's assume that everything has been taken care of for Mia.
With regards to the marbles used, we won't know their exact weight unless, the team will show the live weighing of each marble used.
But that's a good question.

And if the OP can also post the official website of this gambling platform. Thanks.

I was curious based on the video how it was a blockchain secured racetrack? Well this is a new type of game which is really interesting but there's a lot of marbles to choose from I really think this would not be an easy game.
I agree,  it is really interesting because we can see a fresh game in the market and I think we need more info about everything if there will be a lot of marbles to choose from I think the odds of the game will be tough to analyze I mean, it has a low possibility to win, maybe yes it is normal in every situation in every gambling game, but then all these questions will be answered sooner or later, let us wait for their update.

Don't expect an easy game when you're betting involves money, of course that's business and they'll always making it sure to prioritize their profit. Learning stages is quite difficult to obtain, so we need more time to deal with and what I can suggest for now is to observe the pattern and soon you'll learn everything on this game by betting few amounts of it in order to familiarize thoroughly.

I watched the video and the game looks interesting. At first, I thought that hamsters are going to race, but they are just involved in controlling the obstacles. I just hope that the track is longer than what is shown in the video.

I've seen marble races on youtube and I never thought that they will use it in gambling. Watching the hamster run on the wheels is cute, and good thing no hamster was harmed in the video. LOL!

Yes I don't think they will be harmed since it's their hobby to run on the obstacle. Also based on the video I think the marble race is not that long. May I know when will the first race will start it looks like their on the live stream now but I don't see any bet so far.
On games like these then it should really be a live one rather than a pre-recorded because it wont really be showing when it comes to fairness and not all

would really be interested about it if their bets wont really be on the live one.I don't see any harming of animals on this matter yet as said where hamsters do really

have that normal scenario on running on a wheel and its one of the factors that do really give out some function to the obstacles and as said it isn't really that long for us to enjoy.

I've seen a lot of hamster maze with traps videos and I guess the team already thought not to hurt the hamster in the process. I haven't thought that they will develop a gambling platform out of this. If nothing else, this is new to the eyes of the gamblers and they may attract bettors easily. Let us see how far they will grow in terms of YT subscribers. As of this moment, they have 33 subscribers, let's see after a month of launching this site.

Same here, maybe we will know how it's done once this game will be launch.
I had no idea that this game exist in real life, right before the blockchain of course as this one they are trying to digitalized it.

Thanks for sharing OP, crypto gambling world has become bigger and bigger with new games being introduce.

The game was launched on Monday, November 30, 2020 Wink

You can check on the description in the Youtube video. Here is the website: https://mia.bet

The game visualization using a real hampster and real balls with all materials like what we watched on that video, but I don't know how it looks like on the browser because I can not watch it using my browser. It says player.vimeo.com took too long to respond. I don't check what is wrong, but maybe later I will do that.

They already upload the youtube video link, It is clearly explain the game method. If you believe the gaming method you can try this game and update the features of this game. They accept the Ethereum so it is really easy to handle in everyone. But they mention it is a first marble racing platform on blockchain. Those are interested in this game, start the low volume investment is a perfect way to survive.
This isnt an investment but rather a gambling game and if you do want to have some entertainment about marble game then this one is for you.I dont know how those
pinwheel do really get involved into those obstacles for it to pop up yet its a circuit operated or some sort then that would really be enough to prove out the fairness
of this game

and just like what other mentioned that the course and obstacles are a little bit short and they should at least make it longer to make it more entertaining.
