Take you time, build up your "reputation" by posting quality and not spamming and you'll be fine... They'll still be there when you come ready for them.
What you want to do is get to atleast full member rank before joining signature campaign to get a decent income and try not to post shitty comment every thread they only accept good stats

As You Said Above you are new to this Forum then you need to firstly grow your Rank Atleast to Junior Member and Also You Need to Increase your Post Quality to Get Accepted by the Signature Campaigns Because Signature Campaign Owners Only Accept Members with Good Post Quality and another Measures..... 
Well to start, don't bother joining one as a newbie or even Jr member. The pay is pennies and you might as well not bother. Also the only campaigns that accept newbies or Jr members have horrible reputations so you'll be lumped in as a spammer.
Next I'd say make sure you know what you're talking about with bitcoins first then worry about posting here for money. There are so many spammers trying to make a buck here so we really don't need another.

Campaigns are giving views and advertisements for the any type of services. Most of the campaigns are related to gambling alone. But alone we cannot gamble our bitcoins there due to lose. Still you can do it enjoy the moment of thrill. Make a relevent posts and quality posts in the forum. Sure even he will get accepted once he become a member plus rank.

At your rank (newbie), you can't really join any signature campaign that make you earn something decent. It's simple to understand though, people are wearing signatures for services and getting paid for it, It's advertising just like the ones you see on websites but those are on the signatures of users.
Only campaign taking newbies at the moment is WhyFuture as you can see on the full list[1]. You must first apply on the campaign thread and wait for the manager/owner answer (If you got accepted or denied). Finally, I suggest reading the general guidelines[2] so you don't get banned.
