If you're serious, I suggest you build a 30-story building in Manhattan, close to Wall Street, with marble-floors everywhere, and get the name of the bank in huge gold letters on top of the building.
it will be reserve banking with a percentage earning of the deposit,,everything will be in coins, no fiat,,i will do the trading and offer the percentage-thats all

A bank would go against one of the key parts of Bitcoin, so no thank you.
bitcoin is decentralized cryptocurrency so no need of any banks. Everybody is a bank himself.

Second of all , stop asking other people to do something for you and do it yourself you nitwit.
You say you want offers and ideas , you have nothing to offer in return unless you have capital to invest . Do you have 20 or 30 grand to back an idea ?

After you make some name and have history behind you proving that you can turn a thousand into two thousand or more, then you can sell that ability.
A bank is practically that, it holds the money of the people affiliated with that bank and works that money. You pay commissions to the people that gave you the money and have to be able to give back their money too.
