Regarding this service though, I don't know if someone's going to let you buy that wallet from 2017 even though it's emptied out, there's no way that people are ever going to even sell you this especially if they've got a transaction in that account because you can basically use that as a way to impersonate the person that have sold you that account. Good luck about your search though, I'm sure that there's someone out there that will see the value in this and don't mind the consequences or the issues that will entail after the transfer of ownership of the wallet.
