Since OP seems will not coming back to this thread, I am updating the current situation based on my findings. OP escalated the situation to CG, of which Coins's representative are also inattentive. As such, CG marked the case as unsatisfactory and unresolved.

Not a solution, but it'll at least corroborate your story, if they accessed the casino from their own device, and thus the log will shows that the accounts in question were probably owned by several people instead of you yourself, as the accessing device were varied. Unless... they all happen to be an iPhone or Android user with exactly similar browser preference?
And I think showing it publicly will be better. The information needed is the device details, not the IP. You're more than free to cover that part.

Does it mean you are from the USA? It is clearly stated on their website that they do not allow players from the US. Or are you using a VPN to access their website? I don't know why you are still bothering them, but your case does not look good anymore, as you have clearly violated their rules. It is better not to run after them and accept the mistake you made.

This issue is a little more complicated than we are seeing and I think more information are not revealed in this your submission. I don't know if you sharing the same IP with your friend and playing the same game constitute a violation neither do I know how you could possibly cheat a casino through such actions. In another view, you submitted KYC documents, that should have proven that both accounts are not the same person and could be accounts of relatives or friends of which they could share the same WiFi and even gamble together. Unless there are sharp practices noticed by the casino, I don't think there is a reason to justify such harsh decision that did not give room for thorough discussion.

Won't hurt to show us here, though it probably didn't prove much. I am not sure how detailed session log that Coins have, but hopefully it includes the device details. Surely those accounts are accessed from different device? Or did you happen to lend your phone to them too during registration?

Buddy, you just told that you logged into their accounts. That is, you logged into the “girlfriend” account and the “friend” account on your device from your IP address. What do you want from a casino? They see you as a cheater with multiple accounts.

Yeah, You made it clear here but sadly we are not coins.game to decide whether your statement is valid or not that’s why you should discuss to the proper channel that can weigh in both side evidence and explanation.This is my last post here. Again, they are using multiple account reason on your case which is correct as per the ToS. You just need to defend it on a 3rd party that can check your documents because we can’t do that here. File a complaint on the link above because that’s the last resort on cases which is already declined to solve by the casino support.

It’s up to you on how you can convince them to justify that you are not using multiple account. I would say that you're awfully prepared. You took a photograph that their last log-in date was before 26th, they logged out, and never logged back in since? You got the news that you're suspected of multi-acc abuse by the 29th according to the email date. You're saying you took that picture before you even know you'll need that to prove you're not guilty?

Even if you proved you are right and the casino is wrong in here . No one can do anything.Your post in here is only good for awareness for new users who find it and thinking to deposit in that casino.
Go to casino guru and open a complain and post your proofs in there you might have a better chance the casino might try to reply and if no resolution at least casino guru will lower there rating.
Other than that you can also complain to the License provider but I doubt you will get any result.
