Since OP seems will not coming back to this thread, I am updating the current situation based on my findings. OP escalated the situation to CG, of which Coins's representative are also inattentive. As such, CG marked the case as unsatisfactory and unresolved.

Based on this, I am marking this as unresolved on my list as well.

I am doing my weekly sweep across the board to update my list and wanted to bump this thread. It came to my awareness that OP has other thread in gambling section, and above is what's being said the latest.

OP, if I may ask you to provide the IP evidence? Given their representative's absence, I think marking this thread as either active or unresolved is way overdue. But I can't decide which, or whether, I should change the status to active or unresolved, and I was hoping your added evidence can help me decide better.

Not a solution, but it'll at least corroborate your story, if they accessed the casino from their own device, and thus the log will shows that the accounts in question were probably owned by several people instead of you yourself, as the accessing device were varied. Unless... they all happen to be an iPhone or Android user with exactly similar browser preference?

I don't know if you sharing the same IP with your friend and playing the same game constitute a violation neither do I know how you could possibly cheat a casino through such actions. No, I mean this. My friends who were at my house when I earned my earnings did not log in to that site, they did not block their accounts, they blocked my account. I would say that you're awfully prepared. You took a photograph that their last log-in date was before 26th, they logged out, and never logged back in since? You got the news that you're suspected of multi-acc abuse by the 29th according to the email date. You also admitted on your screenshot that other person has same account on the casino which is a clear violation of ToS and the repercussions is also stated on the screenshot.
