I will start investing in ICO if the price immediately after ICO stops falling. And even listing on the stock exchange does not help to rectify the situation in a coordinated way. Your idea seems very honest and ICO project should be like this. But most of them are came to earn money for their own pocket. I don't believe any products, they write a whitepaper with high quality looking then raise millions of money and if the project becomes hit they list their coins on exchange and then what? one year, two years keep passing but no products except some announcements and listing. Most of the ICO projects are doing the same, no products or no real use. Most of the successful ICO projects are live on thousands of Lies! Even my friends told me to bring an ICO like this as we have enough experienced, I replied to them I am not a scammer!
Your idea will help the ICO and will also boost the project alot, many investor are scared to put their money on any project because they don't know the level of success the project will become in future. But if measures are put in place, and all money to start the project is ready, i think this will definitely attractive to the public for investment.
I really agree with you on this, a lot of projects just come with crazy ideas just to collect money from the public and not deliver. I think it is high time that the team starts running the projects with their money and when the community can see the traces of their success, then they can raise a public sale where we would be able to support them more. Or better still build the project to the success then launch their coins on the exchange for the community to get.
I have to agree with you on this. Project owners need to prove that they are serious by at least having their projects functional already to an extent. That way its easier to support by putting money on them for expansion and further developments. Not whitepaper projects that do not even have an office yet seeking funds via ICO.
So you don't want invest in ICO, here is suggestion for you, wait until ICO ends, wait a little more longer until full product is launched and then go to exchange and invest in their tokens. It is less risky to invest later but keep in mind that it is still risky. I have seen projects disappearing and screwing investors after everything was going good.
I don't think there will be many ICOs who can fund their own projects because they make ICO aim to get funds so they can run their projects.

I myself have invested in some ICo such as Beetoken, Dock. Then the projects have been successful but the price has dropped a lot compared to when they call investors' capital. ICo projects do not have people to manage capital when the market decreases, they have to sell the capital to pay employees.

Investing to any ICO is really hard to find a better one that can grow our investments and their projects in the future. But still taking the risk of investing is the also the key to know if you have the right decisions in choosing it and in your list of reasons in investing I think you might take more time and luck into it.
The projects organizing ICO because of the they are not find enough funds by the themself. That's why they are organizing the ICO for the find fund. Therefore, if the project has enough resources, why they need the ICO. There are already many projects in this way. And none of these projects have launched the ICO. Because they don't need a fund.
can not guarantee 100% investment in all ico will make a big profit , only a few ico make a big profit , without any skill in ico I suggest not to invest in ICO because it's too risky

1) they can afford funds on there own to run there projects and stop relying on softcaps and hardcaps(investors money) which is why its the perfect haven for scammers ,you want to create a project that is very promising and you don't have the funds just move on ,no matter how good the project is if the hardcap is not achieved its goodbye
2)the waiting game is annoying ,if they follow my 1st idea there won't be anything holding them back especially bounty rewards ,nowadays you have to wait months for ICO to end and keep praying it become successful so as to get your rewards and the term successful from any ICO is from 'achievement of hardcaps ' this days not what the project is here to deliver ,there are still good projects out there that never launch ICO and they are doing better

It seems you're a kind of investors finances were tight. You should stay away in crypto for a while and come back when you're ready the risk you will take where you have enough funds to play in the market or invest in any ICO. Regarding on what you're looking for, its seem extraordinary and impossible, if there's any I try it too.
I like ICO projects with private investors and private funds ,it shows how capable the project is for example bluenote,I look very well before choosing any ICO projects this days
