I agree with you that if you are going with 50% winning chance then their can be 10 rows in loss but 97% and 10 rows in loss that is not possible , even if any site want to do cheating they cannot do like this, This is totally fake claim by OP. I have also tried cryptogames site but i never faced like this problem.

if this things happen it would be a good advertisement also for the site knowing that they can let you win up to that price and received payments that's so cool, and placing also the site in a trust website there's a lot of gambling site over the net which having problem paying when members win big btc but the saddest truth if you deposit big amount you would not see any problem at all.
