I have never played on a gambling site which screenshots were shared by OP and never even heard of it but it seems to me that if the casino owners under various pretexts do not pay him the winnings, it suggests that one day they may just shut down the website and there will be no evidence of winning.

That's why I would recommend famous casinos that have their branches on this forum and value their reputation.

Sorry all I originally didn't give the name because like I said they have always done right by me and I think they will again now. I just didn't want people to see the name and the post and assume it's a bad place to play because it's been the opposite until now. The site is dragon7.games

I totally understand the need for verification, but I keep seeing different answers in different places. Most say 48hrs, some say a week  some say hours, some say two weeks.

I can tell you this has been the most stressful week of my life thus far lmao. Thanks everyone.

I personally have never heard of this site before, and in the future I would recommend you to play on the sites represented on this forum, and with a good reputation too, but I googled it, and found no red flags about the site you mentioned. So, hopefully, you will be able to withdraw your money within 2 weeks or so. In any case, let us know about the further development of events.

I never heard of the casino's name so I can not talk too much about that site. I see that other members do not know about the site either, so I suggest you wait for the site's verification. My question is, where do you get the site? Is that from a search engine? Because the site does not have ANN on this forum, we do not know the truth.

But assume the site is legit and they do not have much money to pay you, they are still not doing anything. You will not get the money even if they use a "verification" word.

Some of the smaller casinos does not have a huge bankroll, so they might have a bit of liquidity problem... when people hit big jackpots. This is possibly why they honored your smaller wins and why they are offering up excuses to not payout the bigger win.

I will meet them half way, if they are honest with me... and I will take 6 smaller payments ... if they are having liquidity problems. That way you get some of your winnings and it gives them time to acquire the balance. (Just talk to them and have a open discussion)

I hope you get your winnings and that you can keep good relations with them... because they have paid you before.  Wink

It's right to be worried as a human being and due to all that is happening around us where some gambling companies are not trustworthy. A week is too long for a serious company to be verifying anything, is it not electronic? So, what are they verifying for that long? They will not verify if it is a small amount, but when it comes to a big amount, they will be looking for excuses not to pay you while their bosses are enjoying the best of life on different beaches and clubs around the world. Pure nonsense!

seeing the OP's post, I went straight to the site the OP mentioned, and the avast security I was using immediately blocked it. for anyone who wants to try playing on the site, you should undo your intentions, you will most likely have the same fate as the OP, it is a scam gambling site.

Hi all - so I have been playing at smaller crypto casino for a few years now. They have a TRX site and a USDT site. I have always played at the TRX site and have always had no issues with withdrawals etc. (Largest was around $26K USD)

I've started playing the USDT side recently and a week ago won $128K USD playing a few different Habanero and CQ9 games. I am waiting just over a week now with the casino telling me they are waiting for a verification report from the game provider and then they'll release my funds.

Not gonna lie I am getting worried and wanted to ask if anyone else has had a similar experience or may have some insight. Thanks in advance!!

26 thousand dollars is already a very high value for a "smaller casino", if you didn't have problems with the previous withdrawal I believe that the chances of it being fraudulent are already reduced enough.
They are probably suspicious that you have committed an infraction, or else they are trying to buy time so they can find some excuse or loophole in the rules to deny you payment.
The deadline of a week is already quite high, if I were you I wouldn't be waiting with my arms crossed, look for a good lawyer and try to pressure them to at least give you an answer about the case.

I still will not trust playing on this casino that is out of the community's radar, it's not even on the radar of casino review sites and $128 k is such a huge amount for a small casino to pay for their player, lets see if there is an update of the release of the funds, if this is true there are still players who opted to play on small unpopular casinos disregarding the risk of withdrawal issues if it involves a huge amount like this, gambling is riskier but even more riskier if you choose the wrong casino to play.
But that still does not mean they are scam, the site already paid several withdrawals of OP. Besides any casino that receive such withdrawal amount will probably check thoroughly is the user if doing suspicious, because of the huge amount winnings and probably almost wins on every games OP played based on his screenshots.

I guess it is always a mistake to withdraw a large sum of money at once in any casino. If OP can withdraw $26k without issue, i guess withdrawing multiple times of that $128k will be the solution to avoid such case. Say OP will just withdraw $30k, he will do it 4-5 times, and it doesnt matter, the fees is just $1, based on the withdrawal page on the shared screenshot.

Investigation done by game providers usually takes some time based on different scam accusation threads that I've read so far. maybe follow up with the support next week and post their response here. I hope this experience hasn't discouraged you to play at a casino using USDT. It sounded like you were comparing your withdrawals using TRX and USDT.

Waiting is the only option you have. You can expect your funds to be released after their verification if you haven't cheated with their system in any way.

The site is new to everyone here. I'm amazed at your guts to play at that site without thinking twice.

It is new for us. However, the data below indicates that this casino has been operating since 2019.

I think the Casino is willing to pay your winnings but somehow, they think that you are cheating since they need a verification report from the game provider.  When a casino request this kind of report, it is obvious that they are suspecting you of cheating or exploiting bugs or glitches since the amount you won is possibly large enough for them.
I think you have to check some of the posts above that casinos have a low reputation and even they do not have a license, so there is a possibility that they are just a reason to check the report if the winner is not from cheating or exploiting bugs. However, if after a week but the casino is not transparent about the results of the report, then we must add a casino in the black list, so in the future everyone must be wise to choose a licensed casino to avoid conditions like this case.
This is the risk playing on a casino that is not familiar to many and have a low reputation.
If OP is confident about its services then he have to wait for their update or if you are really worried then better to start looking for a good lawyer to help you with this, that’s a lot of money and if the site can’t afford to pay you that could be problem. Start collecting your proof and be ready for the worst, that site might have no plan to pay you at all.

It was stated by @OP that the casino is paying him for his previous winnings so somehow @OP trusts this Casino.  There are cases where the issue is unresolved for months so I think 1 week is too early to conclude that the Casino stated is scamming @OP though I also think that is the case Grin  but I do not want to jump to a conclusion so the same as @OP I am still thinking that the casino is willing to pay as long as the verification of the OP session on Habanero is all clean.

Waiting for a week isnt  something that you could really deal on a reputable or known or popular gambling site.Verification doesnt really take too long which does indicates that somethings shady going on.

This is why its always been suggestable for you to make out some research first before you do make out some deposit on a certain site.OP should really be mentioning on what site or platform it is so that
people would really be aware that it could possibly happen and tend to avoid this one.

@OP, any updates in regarding on this one? Is there some response from the casino? You should mind on making up some updates on here.

There are lots of cases that verification takes more than a month, take note the verification isn't internal but involves a third-party provider, it would be an instant if the provider will take it as a priority but would take months if they don't.  Although I wanted to think positively in this case, we really can't remove the possibility that the scam is on the move here.

If you are clean, then there is a huge chance that you'll get your money soon after Habanero hands out the verification report so just wait until all issue is cleared.  It is also possible that they are delaying it due to a lack of funds.

Honestly I haven't heard of this one ::)a week of waiting ... maybe on smaller casinos this is their procedure when processing payouts, but I find this a little disappointing to be honest especially this has not been your first win and you are a regular of the site... They should have given you a better reason and could handle this better. If they don't have capacity to pay better they set these limits and are written in plain site.

If the payout comes your way, don't look back say bye to these guys!

They did you right when you won lower amounts, but this one is too big and IMO they might delay this even further for a few weeks before they give you their decision. Just be prepared for whatever reasons they might give you, and insist that all you need is your winnings and nothing else.  Been to a similar situation with you, but found out that the casino I'm playing with is a scam, but it's already too late. However in my case, they managed to pay me albeit waiting for two weeks of gruelling discomfort and anxiety.
What could be the possible reason for this delay? Are they thinking if they will pay, or will just turn into a scam? But that is easy to do if they are not a famous casino. They can be legit but have a lack of money for a while but they should tell the truth so that their customers won't worry and will do unwanted things which can affect their reputation.

You are lucky that the scam casino you played still pays you but they can just ran away if they want to because they already proved that they are scam. It's going to be too late for them to change and maybe they prioritize you because the amount owed is only small plus they find you annoying.

I'm sorry about what happened, but I didn't even find a mention of any license on their website, but they don't have Terms of Service where you could get acquainted with the limits and conditions of withdrawal of funds, I hope you didn't lose a lot of funds there.

this casino is very strange, I have never heard of it and it becomes even more strange that it is a casino that has been operating for a few years but is not popular, for example on their twitter there are no active people, they post something and no one comments, that It means they don't have a good customer base, I believe they don't have the money for you to pay, that's why they're going around for you to pay. Why did you use a casino without much popularity and no reputation when this forum has much better casinos?

I totally understand the need for verification, but I keep seeing different answers in different places. Most say 48hrs, some say a week  some say hours, some say two weeks.

what they told you is just an argument to buy to not pay you, they don't have the money to pay,

I can tell you this has been the most stressful week of my life thus far lmao. Thanks everyone.

be careful to give your documents on a site with no good reputation, you don't know the owner of the casino, they are anonymous and you gave them documents, they can sell your documents

Whether or not you are telling the truth OP, I hope you get your money. If you truly deserve it, it wouldn't be a problem for sure.

You didn't mention which online crypto gambling site, here you really aren't serious about withdrawals, $128K that's the biggest number for a gambling site to pay you in one transaction, you really have to skip their rules perfectly.
He already mentioned it here. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.61255943

It's called dragon7.games. Not sure if it's okay to trust it or something though.
