What do you need it for?
If you need the btc for a "fee" to withdraw your funds from some site it seems you are getting scammed. Seen and read this several times on the past months.

Wallets don't have "side payments".

I can confirm this transaction is legit, @OP must repay otherwise you will get negative trust due to runaway with 0.005BTC.
