If both support teams told you so - thats most probably is true indeed.
I am really sorry to hear that happened to you, but you have to be really accurate with crypto transactions, as they can't be reversed in most cases

Hey.
Tether operates on 3 different blockchains ETH, OMNI, and TRC if you send USDT ERC 20 (ETH) then they should send your tokens back, just sent them the transaction ID, date, amount, and correct receiver address. If the blockchain was ETH then they are lying about that they do not have the access.

yes, i accept that i did mistake. But that does not means they get my funds forever if someone did this mistake, its seems like cheat or scam. it's easy to say we can't access it lol.
You also need to understand that most platforms like exchanges are not handling private key manually. Either it use an automatic API to manage their keys where human intervention is low to avoid abuse and things like that. I'd be so surprised if an exchange or a service like this play around with their private keys. In short: yes they have the private key, but to access that would compromise their security set-up, takes time, and probably not worth it. Which is why they said all funds except ETH/any supported token/coin will be loss forever if it's sent to the address.

They have the ptivate keys they can do recover if they want.Binanace support also told me that. I lost thousands of $$ on stake and i am there for years and they don't even care for someone who active for years.

stake support always will excuses when it comes to money talk.i had this experience with them.
That's because supports don't have the power to recover your money what they only do is relay the information to the rest of their team. Since you've lost a lot of money on stake you're most likely a vip right ? Have you tried talking your vip manager about it ?

While it is possible for stake to recover your funds on the other hand it's a hassle for them since they also have to move most of their funds as well to avoid any risks. I understand that it sucks to lose money but don't be too harsh when you're the one who made the mistake. I feel like they're only willing to do it when the amount in question is very huge like somewhere in the thousands.

They can get your funds but if that's their decision, no one can break that unless you appeal to them again for the second time asking for their kind consideration. It is no like a cheat nor a scam, it is your negligence.

If they have given those words, just use this as a lesson that you'll not commit again. Did you said that you've been with them and spent thousands of dollars for consideration and help? if not, sorry for your loss.

This should be a lesson to you. Next time you send funds to an address of an Exchange, Casino or service always triple check the address you are sending funds to.
Also find out if they support the coin you are sending to them. You are always warned not to send wrong coins or tokens to the provided addresses so it's partly your fault.

Stake support really disappoint me.They said we have your funds but we would not give you private keys or refund the amount or it consume time to recover. The funds are gone forever.

I have no more trust on any online Casino or websites. They talk to you very nicely, but when it comes to money they will scam you, though i complained to Askgamblers hope they help me
You're not the only one who got this issues, read here:
1. 50 BCH Stolen by Stake.com
2. stake.com scam

I don't defend stake.com here, but the truth this is your own fault. You're accidentally send to wrong address, while stake.com has nothing to do about your funds. You need to know most of exchange, casino and other third parties will not able to recover your funds if you send to wrong address. Calling stake.com is scam is not appropriate.

I feel sorry for your lost mate, but accept the fact that you cant do anything to reverse the transaction. Next time check all the details before sending token or any coin to a wallet. Transaction is irreversible once its confirmed.

So sorry for your loss. There is nothing you can do again, the betting company you send your tether to did not provide you any private key, your fund is with them but they are not ready to help. You can try to read their terms and conditions to know if such your issue as been addressed, if it is not in your favour, then your tether is gone. Supposing you send the tether to ethereum address in which you have its private key, you will be able to access it. The tether is with stake.com but they are not ready to help you out.

Yeah stake has access and since it's not a cold wallet there should be no security issue on recovering the funds. The problem is that it takes time and effort, so websites/exchanges usually don't want to do it.

I feel they should include in their T&C that they will recover funds for a 50$ fee or something like that, so if you sent more than that (potentially much more) then you're happy to pay, and if not, then they don't bother.

Stake website have access to those wrongly send funds and Binance has nothing to do with this issue, so only person who can send you back is someone from stake administration but I guess they might already have this in their terms, so they can keep the funds if they wish but better you can contact the support of stake and let us know what they replied about this issue.

now my funds stuck what should I do any solution both support said we have no access to funds??
You mean you've contacted both supports (Binance and Stake) and they said they have no access to your USDT? If that's it, then it is what it is, the funds will prolly be stuck forever, you could drag them out on some of their online handles and see what that gets you.

That being said, you should not use custodial wallets and if you want to, you have to be very careful with them, cross/double check the address before you send funds to them, when you have issues with custodial wallets, only the support (third party) can help you, and they are more often reluctant to help.

At any case, Binance support cant help you with this as they have transferred the funds to the ETH address you have provided which belonged to Stake. So your only option is to ask help from Stake support. But if they cant help you there is nothing much you can do.
May be you can try contacting Stunna or post in their ANN thread, if they could help.

I think you have got an answer from stake.com support team regarding your USDT. If they tell you they dont have access to fund, then your USDT should be frozen at the address. Remember, if you dont have your private key, then its not your asset. But if the support team has access to that address (they have the PK) then they should be able to return your USDT and if not then you have to give up.

By the way, how many did you send ?

There is no way to recover the funds sadly, only stake can help you as they're the one in control of the private keys.
