I cannot comment on your bounty issue but your accusation that KYC verification was not known to investors before ICO is baseless.
I cannot find the post by ICONOMI that mentioned this but I found that it was clearly mentioned in their FAQ at
https://ico.iconomi.net/faq that verification will be required if deposit is more than 1000 Euro in fiat.
From their FAQ
When do I have to verify my identity?
Verification is required if you are depositing more than 1000 EUR or equivalent.
Our website will guide you through the verification process - for deposits up to 15.000 EUR or equivalent, an ID document is required. For deposits over 15.000 EUR or equivalent, a valid proof of residence document (bank account statement, utility bill, etc., that has been physically mailed to your home address within the last 3 months) has to be provided.
For deposits over 100.000 EUR or equivalent, please contact us.
Now you might accuse that this text was not there before the start of ICO and was added later. That's why I am attaching the following image.

You can still say that it's 5 days after the start of ICO but please try to understand that Google doesn't instantly index a page.
Note: This date can be faked by mentioning any date in the source code in a recognized format but I found no date in the source code of that FAQ page so this is the date when the page was actually indexed by Google crawlers.Source code:
