and OP he looks bad, not like a legit ico, just a bad one like opair.Do you have proof the account was purchased? Dev's name is Stas Nikolaev and his account is Niktitan132, seems legit to me. I have heard some things about icocountdown demanding btc from devs to list their coin on his site. I don't know, just waiting for dev to respond.
i aksed stratis team, did icocountdown blackmail them, or 5 btc fees to list their site, the team said no. so i trust stratis team, and they are trustful, also i see icocountdown joins stratis very actively, so i consider he is legit. i just feel weird about this project, but can't find concrete proofs.
