I'd be happy to buy some for you but how do you handle all these set up a trustless system?
I'm not from US and I'm not STOX investor yet but if someone does buy through me and I get to have some incentive for doing so, I'd just ask some tokens NOT btc for it.

How is he investing if stox won't allow American investers?

Is always been that way. Wait til the rich people who own BANKs will be in crypto and you'll see they could take over those whales here. They could all buy our BTCs if they want. Soon if they want to control this market, they will all be buying every tokens/alt we have just to be on top again.

That is man, will not be satisfied with something he has. I am disappointed, the rich get richer, the poor get poorer.

That floyd gets endorse by the project to advertise its project. I don't believe that caused by the natural case that makes floyd wants to invest in the ico. And floyd doesn't believe to invest in bitcoin. So, in my conclusion if the floyd get paid to make the project will be more familiar with another people outside from the crypto environment. I think already explained a lot for you.

I see some rather crazy claims here.

First of all, don't badmouth this coin because 1. it's an ethereum based token, or 2. because a celebrity is promoting it. Let's not forget people follow the crowd. Bitcoin would be worth less in cap than XEM if the masses saw that XEM can do what BTC can do, only better. Guess what, people don't care, they want 1. safety, and 2. profit. There's a reason why giant companies use celebs to promote their product; it's because people trust familiar faces. Floyd promoting this coin, as well as bitcoin and ethereum, will have significant results, guaranteed.

Second, the Ethereum platform is here to stay. You may not like it, but it is. I'm not saying the ETH token will remain as valuable as it is now, but the platform is one of the greatest technological advancements of the last years. Stox using this will give them a great advantage.

Third, the STX team is very impressive, truly one of the best in the business, as they have a tonne of combined experience in the entire financial market.

Fourth, look at similar projects like augur and gnosis. Stox beats them on so many levels, yet augur and gnosis are worth respectively 17$ and 190$. I'm not saying STX will grow to 190$, but it will be sold at 0.85$. I'm guessing it'll be sold for at least 5$ after the ICO.

For anyone interested in this project, just read the whitepaper and decide for yourself. Don't take my advice, definitely don't take Floyd's advice, but think for yourself. Ico's can be very risky, but they can also be highly rewardable, so either get on the train or get off the tracks.

Investing in ICO is very risky and at the same time very rewarding if everything pans out well for the investors, maybe he has a lot of information on stoxx and believes that its going to be very profitable in the end. Good luck to him.

Mike Tyson was involved with bitcoin ATM's in the past. Floyd could be emulating him. Floyd filed for bankruptcy twice in the past if I'm remembering right. They say that history repeats itself. Wonder what Floyd's investment & vetting process is like.

He is promoting Stox, an Ethereum token, I have not looked into it yet but I doubt it has anything of real substance, that is my default stance of any Ethereum token and any altcoin whatsoever. Seems to be Bancor related..


He at least tagged #Bitcoin so this helps us. Mayweather has millions of followers. Who knows, maybe the Stox ICO is a massive success only because of this marketing move, he has that much power.

I don't buy this shit. For all we know he could have been bribed to pretend he is supporting the ICO so that a lot of people will get sucked in following his name. Easy profit for the devs.

Regardless if he was paid or if he's invested he will make $ because as someone stated his followers will just throw money at it without proper research.

Most probably. The kid will do anything just to get attention and money. I wonder how much STOX team gave him, Floyd may see to be grateful with free dinner so long as it looks like he has real friends. Stox team ain't showing pictures yet?

He probably will make millions because his fan base will be stupid enough to follow him blindly into this ICO.

1. He didn't say he invested in Bitcoin, he promoted some ICO and hashtagged Bitcoin in his post for some reason
2. Probably it's just a paid promotion
3. There's no proof that he himself actually invested in that ICO
4. The decision to promote that ICO might have been made by his advisors

I just want to add that getting investment advice from celebrities is a really bad idea. Especially if they are just paid advertisers.

He already have money, he makes his own production to ensure his side and hire the best judges on his side who wouldn't win.  But yes must be confused of what to do to all his money that he probably have invested to all crypto even the famecoin.

Fighters are famous for making bad investments, losing money and wasting money.

That’s cool though that such renowned people are interested in bitcoins and investing in them great amount. He is absolutely right. After the execution of Segwit, the bitcoins are obviously going to touch the sky and cashing them out at that moment will let him earn millions. My best wishes are with him.

Well, that is quite possible. I am sure that with the help of Mr. Floyd Mayweather, Stox can be sold out soon and can rise in value because of the generated interest. This coming value of Stox can be self-fulfilling prophecy which of course Stox holder can find to be a blessing.

We are now seeing well-known personalities who are now into cryptocurrency and can even be endorsing their choice of a coin. It is all about  tapping into the powerful influence peddling.
