There are a few good ICOs. Always do your research and assume the majority will fail or fizzle out for various reasons. It's a much more competitive landscape than before. I'm seeing many junk coins pop up in the bounty forum.

Beat is an amazing project. However, Kodak and TON... come on, they're solely relying on their names.
