What is the target for this kind of project? According to my interpretation, we will earn on every biometric that we submit. How can we possibly earn with the biometric data of some people? Can you explain it further.

Research institutions or pharmaceutical companies will create a profile of attributes they are looking to research and offer a bounty to lease patient data.
Anonymized patient records are then compared against the attributes of the research institution/pharmaceutical company.
Patients will have the option to participate in the leasing of this data with full control of what information is shared and also be compensated for doing so.
