1) Hire a programmer or hire a team to develop your product, it's best if you have at least a prototype for your campaign
2) Invest heavily into marketing
3) Make sure that your community is growing and people are engaging
4) Attend as many real-life events as possible worldwide

If you need help send me a private MSG. I help out a lot of ICO campaigns because I live in Russia, but I'm originally from Canada, so because of my English a lot of them ask me to review their grammatical errors for whitepapers, marketing plans, content, etc. Also was part of an event called the Hypethon ... spb2017.hypethon.cryptofriends.io , where we helped over 25 Pre-ICO projects get assistance from experts in various fields based on the projects' needs and there were investors at the event who were down to invest on the spot in the right projects.

There are special platforms out there, whose entire purpose is to ease both the process of launching an ICO and investing in one. They work similarly to Kickstarter, which aggregates various crowdfunding projects and makes it easy for contributors to find the ones they want to invest in.

The Waves Platform is one of the largest such platforms. It allows anyone - for example, a young Blockchain startup - to set up a digital token in mere minutes and at almost no cost. These tokens can then be listed on Waves’ own exchange - to be easily found by eager investors. This allows the company to secure the necessary funding.

You should probably put a team together. The process of creating the coin, the process of introducing it into an exchange as an Ico, and the other process is to go along with it are individually not that bad to handle.  You really need a team of at least four people, one that can handle all the coding, when they can handle all the media, want to handle business , and then want to  bring it altogether.

But, what happens to single person teams is the end up having to alter the code of their coin, in the middle of a major issue point where something has gone wrong, they have clients emailing them, calling them, 10 different exchanges that need to be dealt with, five major forms are getting blown up with same issue, and all of this it's happening while they're trying to recoat their coin make sure it's a soft fork cat not a hard fork, and a whole time the value of their coin is dropping

Yes. This should not be a problem. Take care only about holding a bounty of the company, so that the people helped you to advertise your project.

I completely agree. The more generous the project team is, the faster it will gain investment. The main, competent policy of conducting a bounty.

If you have prepared your ICO project, you can make a pre ICO ANN thread on this forum. A lot of investors will give you a lot of advice in my opinion.

Hey Guys I have scrolled down several pages and could not find anything specific on the ICO Experts. Is here anyone who know how to launch the ICO project?
I have a great IDEA and I have my whitepaper almost done and the web site is on the way.
SO, what do I do next?
Its my first experience. Who would want to be a partner or a sole assistance.

If ever you will need a local campaign manager, ding me for Philippine section. Let's talk about it. I will be looking for a task after my current campaign.

If you need help with the visual part, creating simplicity, write to me. Every day I review a huge amount of ICO. I know how the project should look (UI, UX, Social) to collect a lot of money quickly.
