Initial offering are generally the best time to invest in any business. But in doing so, you need to be sure about the prospectus of business you are investing on. Investing on a scam would get you back your Initial investment.

If first, when ico is still a little you will get a good profit. But now the average of them is below the value of ICO after being listed on the exchange because people want to withdraw their profits.

ICO is the best way to invest, but before you invest in ICO you better look and find information about the ICO project, whether it can be believed or not if it can be trusted then invest some of your money.

Investing in ICO is not the best way but it is a better option aside from investing top ranking cryptocurrency and some top gaining altcoins. Be careful when picking ICOs not all looks promising, look for their white paper, media campaigns and the people behind their development.

ICO is actually one of the risk free way of making money in cryptocurrency world. Many  investors has make millions of they fiat in return by buy coin at the crowd sales. I read a story of  budy who make over $100,000 profit after investing in tezor at ico. I also read a story of a guy who  buy xem at the ico and his involvement worth  $50,000 as at the time of telling this story.

ICO risk free? Is this a joke?
How many ICOs are scams and never deliver a product, or once they hit the exchanges the tokens price drop to a price below ICO value?

It's possible to make a good return with a ICO, but certainly not risk free, far from that. It's necessary lots of research on the team, do a background check on them, read the whitepaper carefully, check if anything is plagiarized, the list goes on...

in my opinion the ICO is the best way to invest because if do good and precise calculation as target in the current quote is interesting through ICO then you will likely benefit at a time when there is an interesting discount ICO so that it is suitable to invest.
In present, really investing to ICO safe than invest to try trading if you are investor not have more knowledge and experience about crypto market and trade. With ICO, you just need find good project and keep your coin for enjoy profit.

Yes ICO would be great investment but I think not for a long term. I can see lots of ICO that had been very successful but after few mos price dump continously. Just make sure before investing in any ICO conduct lots of research first and assess the projects potential. Scammers also found ICO as an opportunity to run others people money and make lots of fake ICO so better beware.

I think an ICO can be a great way to invest.  You can take a look at Ethereum and Bitcoin Cash and if you get in with an ICO on those coins buying at a low price, look at how quickly you could dramatically increase your profit.

It's a good question though isn't it? Even if you were to invest in every new ICO, with about only 30% of them increasing in value after being listed on an exchange, their eventual increase in value outweighs the small loss in the other failed ICO's. You can maximize your profit by being particular in which ICO's you actually invest in, being careful to try and read between the lines as to not get duped. IMO it's a fairly sound way to invest money at first and learn what to look for.

Do you think ICO is the best way to invest in?

I was thinking to get into ICO.. What do you guys suggest..
The thing is ICOs success depends upon many factors with the central project being the main, importance of an effective marketing can't be neglected. People usually invest in an ICO after reading the project and whitepaper. But marketing can turn a potentially excellent project into nothing. So, I would say ICO are quite risky to invest. But if chosen wisely then have the potential to make you millionaire in a month. Therefore, invest what you can afford to lose.

This is only partially true. The ICO is not as hot as it was a few months ago. The SEC is checking against the ICO ... the future of opening ICO projects will become more difficult.

It's true ico is the best place to invest, let alone to invest in the short term it's very profitable ,, but you have to be careful and thoroughly choose an ico, otherwise you will be harmed.

Yes it is indeed interesting to see what they offer when ICO takes place but how do we know that ICO will be successful? What about reading their whitepaper or seeing the team on their side? Because we know lately many are issuing new ICO every day with a variety of concepts and it confuses to determine which is best of them

ICO is one of the best way to invest but make sure the project is worth investing before risking your money there. Because in ICO you can get alot of discount in the their promo thus that can be said that easy profit. But it is also a risk because it is not 100% sure whether the ICO will end up successful or no. So be careful with your investment.

ICO is the worst way to invest. You actually give money to other people who promise nothing to you. Yes roadmap is there, but do you think they will do it, lol.
its only useless if you don't know how to do your homework if you have an idea if what particular ico will boomed up so its a great benefits
but if you are just relying with other's speculations then you will be trapped and chance to burn your investment.
