I can say yes! You can buy token for low price and there is many bonus and percentage that your token will be double. You can earn times two when that token will be out on market.  But be careful on choosing ICO that you'll be investing because there are many ICO that are scam.

Investment during or within ICO is in my view as well or 80% worthy, because it is a promotional or motivation period of any project, since many ICOs truly gives Discount to their investors. If the team and platform is sustainable and legit, then ICO is one of the best way to invest. You get cheap undervalued coins esp during the ICO presale.

Hmmm, i don't think so because ICOs is the way too much risky and risky isn't the best way to invest at all.
