There are definitely some good ICO projects to invest in. But stay away from scam ICO projects. Before investing any coins you should do some research about it.

Every investment bears a risk, so does ICO investing. If you pick the winners you might get very lucky. However ICO investing is also a great way to loose a lot of money very quickly. There are so many scams around and one has to be really careful nowadays where to put the money into. Its also hard to keep oversight over all the projects. I guess its best to pick some ICO's that you are interested in and then do proper research on them and do you due dilligence. Be suspicious ask the inconvenient questions. If you feel comfortable overall with thie inspected ICO you might invest. Thats how I do it.
This should be what everyone must do but that is not the case, people just see a project believe all the hype on the website and decide to invest immediately since they could lose a huge bonus if they do not invest right now, this is why I discard almost any ico that gives bonuses to those that invest first.

Nobody really know so far. Even though some ICOs made early investors become rich, I've noticed that most of the ICOs make early investors regret not to have bought the tokens later on some exchange for lesser money.
Investment in ICOs means you deal with high risk. Invest exact what you afford to loss, so do research more over the project and behind the team member.

I have a different opinion,why do you think so, when there are so many deceived and frustrated people by this ICOs,But also, this fact doesn't mean that all ICOs are scam,Yes its true there is a good opportunity but there is no as big chance as you said.there is an opportunity to get a huge amount but it is very rare,in this situation the result is not based on facts,its based on lucky and analyses.first of all we must need to be careful and do reasonable researches.Therefore,ICO projects are not the best way to invest,But this does not mean that its bad,you just need fortune and skill for it.
I think ico is a shortcut to gain profit, and it does not mean always 100% success when following ico losses follow ico also always lurk.

for me also yes because it is an opportunity if you get to buy ICO coins .then you can make good profit but you nee to be very careful on the selection of coins. We should make a research of the particular coin we are going to buy. Volume of the coin and its market cap are to be observed since that help us to predict whether the coin is worthy or not.If the coin is good, do buy it because we can gain more profit of it at the end. This is one of the best ways to make a fortune imo. But you must understand that this is a dangerous way. In order to be successful in ICO investment, you must spend a lot of time studying projects. This is a hard work.

i think its not, at least not this time, we see many ico can only raise little money compare with the hard cap and the price will be lower than ico price after hitting exchange
We should be carefull on the selection of coins,make a research of the particular coin you are going to buy or invest with ICO there are a lot of profit you were going to earn if the ICO will be successfull in the end of the campaign.

Exactly, it can be same with short investment. Didn't need to wait long time to get profit. Almost all ICO give profit with short time to their investor.
