Will you reuse CryptoKitties smart contracts and another source code? If so do you concerned about copyrights because it's not under BSD license?

It will be completly different project with big changes in the code but stil basis will be the same/ U know it is like fork. Like Ark fork of lisk, lisk is fork of dash etc,... Will you make smart contracts source code public available?
