If you are talking about loans, they are issued in the fiat currency of the country where the borrower resides. This allows the currency to be exchanged through the SOFIN token if the creditor and the borrower are from different countries.

News by legal direction SOFIN project

We have prepared a small report, which is now done in the legal direction:
- An agreement on consulting the project with Law & trust;
- audit of the project, site and white paper;
- recommendations are given for changing the site and white paper;
- passed the test howey, on the basis of which the token is recognized as a service one, not equated to a security;
- preparation of the legal scheme for ico;
- preparing legal documents for the platform.
