I have found a telegram channel called Moonetize ICO Club, which is slightly new.

They are trying to share ICO metrics in much more efficient way and try to organize small pools for their small community. They don't play to get big, they want to keep their community nice and clean.
I have already interact with the admins and other community members and they sound nice and trustworthy.
Most of the pool organizers cut %3.5 fee from collected money but they take %1 for now.

Admins are know what are they doing about investigating the ICOs.

For me, Marinecoín (.MTC.; marineco.ín/) looks like a strong contender for HODLing. Terribly undervalued at the moment. Tremendous potential for growth. Currently trades on its own exchange and existing since 2013. Its a dev-less, miner-free coin which aims to have a free and fair equitable distribution of coins among as large a community as possible. The blockchain is claimed to be at least 5 times faster than BTC and will be maintained by an Artificial Intelligence engine called Jarvis. In short, the coin is designed to be self sustaining in the absence of human involvement.

There are too many telegram groups on this topic. but all good groups are secret and have a certain number of participants. for this reason it is difficult to achieve success from the groups you enter in this thread.

You underestimate the developers of Telegram, already now Durov actively supports VPN services, including materially. As they say in Russia, applications continue to work, albeit with minor disruptions.
It seems to me to block Telegram at the moment will be very difficult and even if it does, then only in Russia, in other countries the messenger will continue its work.

I wonder what will happen now with the project of TON? telegram will now be vulnerable to VPN. Roman Abramovich will not forgive such investments almost one billion dollars.
