What is accredited investor?

Accredited investor needs to prove he has 1 million in assets and around 200k per year. Something like that, so good for projects when accredited investors can participate.

It is not the project that makes this restrictions, but the county's laws and regulations.So US citizens can thank 'Merica for that.

Or maybe the government of such countries are simply protecting the interest of their citizens from fraudulent activities and getting scammed, with the high rate of scam project in blockchain, it is only likely to see such restrictions from some countries i think.

12 months would be ok if its only part is unlocked.But for all team tokens longer vesting period is better imo.
