I am not liking this project as well. It just presents the people who read the title of the thread to have some sort of Blockchain like technology for music though the dev just want’s people to invest in his project so people could get dumped on. It doesn’t require much to do that as well, plus it’s an ICO and people shouldn’t have to pay to wait within the music industry. Everything should be free.

This really isn't going to take over the music industry and to get even one artist will be a mammoth task, to do something like this would need a lot of backing, finance and marketing in order to compete against the big boys, from the sounds of the OP this is a no starter. Sorry to bash this but it's just another ICO looking for free money.
