By the way, where is this ramo city located or this new dubrava? If you try to googled it, there's ramo city in egypt. And also, why will anybody here wants to live in that never-heard city? Are you going to fund our transpo and everything? This one is like punch in the moon. There's so much to consider here. 
edit : this one is in russia. but the problem here lies the fact that it's very difficult to obtain even a tourist visa in this country. not all nationalities has the privilege to just go in and out of this country.
